The story begins in 1975 when Don Jose Luna would visit close family friends at the family owned tequila distilleries in Aranda’s and would get private batches of tequila moonshine style. Overtime he developed a taste for the finest of tequilas and would share these private batches with friends and family. Around 2003, the next generation carried on the same traditions in San Diego. The demand grew and in 2014 the Luna family and close family friend, Phil Salvagio, wanted to share this special tequila. After several trips, family tastings and ensuring a craft luxury tequila – CaliFino was born.

The tequila came packaged very well! Also it came pretty fast! I emailed customer service to inquire when it was shipped and I received very good customer service and a prompt response stating it had been shipped and I should receive that night! Which was true! I got for my husband as an anniversary gift and got the wood box engraved ! It looks fantastic! I will def order again from you guys !

Exceptional service, better margaritas!
Gilbert was awesome! I was under a time crunch and needed multiple deliveries of their margarita kits to my business partners. He was able to express ship most and the ones that I didn't express ship (including myself) was still delivered early. As for the margarita kits - they were easy to follow instructions to delicious margaritas. The tequila was great and plentiful. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
