Perfect toy, never delivered, crickets when company was contacted

I always include Sophie the Giraffe in gifts to newborns, and Calisson's claim to fame is this rubber, not plastic, not vinyl, not mystery material toy.

I purchased directly rather than from Amazon, but I am regretting it now. It has been three weeks, the toy has not arrived. Shipped USPS. I have contacted the company twice and and have heard nothing. Nada. Niente. Zilch.

I have amended to two stars because finally they responded, sending me a copy of the message the I received from USPS with the tracking number saying that it had been received

I responded that the recipients have no reason to lie about not receiving a $30 toy, so sending me the same message means nothing.

They have since said that they will refund what I paid. We shall see.
