Their primary focus appears to be on selling call center seats, and once that transaction is complete, there seems to be minimal support or follow-up. It feels like they are not particularly concerned with whether you're growing, facing challenges, or if your operations have ceased.

Fake company they will ask you to pay money after that you will not able to get in touch with them not able to take your money back because they do not have any office , lost my money that is why I know that
The call centre project company is fraud, these people will take money from you in the name of CRM and will say that they will give your client's data, they will get BPO licence made in your name and will get a website made for you and will say that you will have 50% margin.

Clear and concise explanation of trainer made it easy to grasp the core concepts. The hand-on exercise were effective in helping to understand how to apply the features of the CRM.

I didn't find any negative starts to give for this stupid company . the main motive of this bloody CALL CENTER PROJECTS company is to cheat people and take money from the and provide fraud services to them. instead of cheating the new comers better you can go beg. everyone have their own dream to try something instead of doing jobs we need to build our path .but because of this type stupid they are completely loosing their hops by investing money and taking projects from them. we are also one of their sufferer.
we had taken 5 seater project from this company and we had paid money what they said is they will provide data with that we will get good lead and we are able to close the targets and can earn good money by believing their words we had started a company and hired staff but they are providing some old data that to the data is not valid it is some random data it's not at all work out for us .It's been 3 months we had taken projects from them until now we didn't got 1 closer we are paying salaries for employees for waste of time. because of this stupid company we lost so much of money and time.
Mainly @ SHALINI she is the main culprit who has done all this things. they will say we are tied up skyvoice technologies we need to work for them but the reality is they both are under same company and connectz is alos under theese culprits. can anyone have any idea about how to book a leegal orcyber crime case on them please let me know . I think so many affected people are there by this company . Think about this they are in bangalore and chennai if it possible we will go directly and see them the hel.

Over all nice experience as a beginner they have provided a very good project with all services from sky voice to work upon…. every thing is going well generating good profit also thank you so much call centre projects team Shalini and Mercyline especially for bringing up opportunities like this to entrepreneurs like us…hoping to work on more projects with them definitely best company

Awesome expirience with the Call Center Projoects i got perfect services from here and even they are providing everything from their side only like Registration,License etc with zero cost and the project is also a free i visited some other companies before, max companies are taking charges for projects also but from this call centre i got perfect support and specially thanx to @Karishma who helped me allot to settup my new business and iam looking for some more projects from this company soon...🤗

Well I undertook there project last month and it's working pritty well, their training is good with other services. And the business officer allotted to me MAAHIR sir helped alot through the project, special thanks to him and his team . Leads they provided are average but still workable. As I have my own channel partners to generate leads, it wasn't an issue. Apart from that they have delivered every single thing they committed. Looking forward to work on more projects with them.
