Do not waste your time. This is a very dishonest company and they have such a poor operation that they can't provide a basic level of service. I ordered 2 shirts. They overcharged my debit card to begin with. They give no indication of delivery time, which I found out later was 4 weeks, shipping from Spain. One shirt had a hole in it and the other was the wrong size. The only remedy they offered was a 25% refund or shipping cost paid by me to a warehouse in China exceeding the cost of the shirts. They then lied to by banking institution on a claim I made and have obviously thought this through to find a loophole the bank can't work around. In essence - SCAM!

I wish I had read this first. All tracking numbers are fake and tracking services are fake as well.

Do NOT order from this company. This place is a SCAM!!!!! Placed an order on May 2. After contacting the company (by email only) on June 12, they gave a fake tracking number and said it was delivered on May 30. NEVER received the order and the USPS said that is not a real tracking number. Also said it was coming from Ireland?!??! Please beware!!!!!!!

Ordered a cap which never came. The company does not have a phone number to contact them. I emailed them and the response was that the item had been delivered to my address. It had not been received. They said to contact the post office. The post office had no record of the package and the mail carrier had not delivered a package to my address. The company gave a postal tracking number which is bogus.
Do not buy from this SCAM company.

This company is a scam! I placed an order in the beginning of May and I still have not received my items. Contacted them through their email, which is the only way, and all I get back is a chatbot response. When ordered I received two separate tracking numbers, which neither are valid according to the postmaster general. I have reported them to the BBB and to my senator for further investigation!

I didn't receive what I had ordered. There are 4 2XL shirts that look like they came from shower curtains. I wear size Medium, and the designs of the shirts weren't religious related whatsoever. All that comes inside the delivery is a small card that says "Thank You", and it only provides an email address for customer service. I regret ordering from whatever this outfit really is because the clothes I ordered from the website look absolutely nothing like any of what was sent. I might as well have not received anything because what I got is essentially garbage, which is where it will be going...right into the trash! I might as well have lit $125 on fire because what I got can't be more than $20, which may be too generous.

Do not buy from Calledbyfaith. I bought several items from a Calledbyfaith Facebook ad on April 13, 2025, hoping I would receive them in time to wear by Easter. Two of the items arrived on June 3rd, and the rest arrived on June 17th.

Though the items look like what was displayed on the Facebook ad, they are very cheaply made, single stitch on the sleeve, neck and bottom hems, so it’s just a matter of time when they’ll fall apart. Shipping tracking and communication with the vendor, Whoestgd Co. Ltd, was horrible.

Shipment originated from China, though the tracking for the first shipment had Spain as the origin.

I paid using PayPal, and after 30 days, opened a case with PayPal requesting a refund. PayPal was no help. I wonder why PayPal offers their platform for payments to this vendor.

Same as most of the reviews! I ordered 3 shirts (1 for me and 2 for gifts) bc I trusted that this was a faith based company, the reviews were all good (on their site) and the style of the shirt was super cute! I received cheap, knockoff, poor quality merchandise over a month later. I am currently going back and forth with customer svc but they state they shipped the correct items and won’t give me a refund. I submitted a bad review to their site and it won’t get published! I then submitted a claim to BBB as they are scamming so many people! This should be illegal and needs to be stopped. I am sick of seeing companies advertise and sell products that are not what is pictured! Please go to BBB and submit a claim! That is the only way we can potentially stop these companies.

Quality of clothing is NOT as pictured! Cheap, poorly made, CHINESE JUNK! There is NO telephone number for customer service. Almost our entire order was worth sending back, and the company will not pay for a refund or a return label so that I can get a refund! Do Not Be Fooled!

I ordered a 3xl shirt with a cross on it that I was excited to receive. They shipped from Italy and it took over a month to receive. Which I received it I could not get it over my head because it was too small. I contacted the company by email (it's the only way to contact them). They told me to take a picture of the shirt and email it to them and customer service would contact me. I heard back from customer service and they told me the shirt was the right size and if it doesn't fit, give it away. They chose not to make it right or offer an exchange. I gave it to my wife who wears an XL, it didn't fit her either.
Unfortunately, I ordered "Faith" baseball caps for Father's day over a month ago before I received the shirt. Now, 2 days after Father's day I'm still waiting for the baseball caps. This company uses many different names so be aware of bait and switch. They present themselves as a Christian company with Christian values but buyers beware.

I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shorts two months ago. I see they are in transit. Where in transit are they. Don't order anything from this sight. I gave 120 bucks for apparently nothing. Going to see if my credit card company will get my cash back. Don't believe I'll ever see the products. And no way to contact the company.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I am distraught with customer service. I contacted them through the information in my order if I have any questions regarding the shipment. Shirts run smaller than actual size, and I was shorted one shirt in my order. Through CS, they exchanged emails, suggesting I sell my shirts for $10 to get my money back. The shirts are brand new and not worn. I paid over $25 per shirt, and they suggested selling them. What about fixing the issue?? This company is a scam and NO, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This is a scam , don’t buy it from them . I never received my order, I will never buy from them again. It’s a shame they use the name of God to try to make money and robe people but God is watching

I placed an order for shirts early May 2025 and canceled that evening after reading reviews! They said it was too late, the order was already sent out! It is now June 7, and tracking says it just got to US customs!! We'll see if I get it...if at all.

Same as everyone else. No t shirt ever delivered. Shame on this company for using Christian apparel to scam people.

Update***I actually finally received the t shirt I ordered. I will say that the quality is decent. What I don't like is their tracking info. It doesn't update at all. While I did receive merchandise it didn't show it even being in the US until a week later.

This is a SCAM site. I ordered 3 shirts from them that were NEVER delivered.
Customer Service is an automated bot that sends generic responses to keep customers from triggering an investigation with their credit card companies. The tracking service (tracking-hub.com) is likely a scam as well.
After 7 weeks of no products, their tracking solution updated my package status to "delivered 2 weeks ago to your mailbox".
I see a few people seem to get SOME type of product - but even then, it's often not what they ordered. The rest of us get zilch. In particular, they seem to be preying on Christians who are ordering gospel-oriented gear on FB. As someone else said: "God sees all...". In the meantime, AVOID this company and do NOT give them any of your hard-earned money. You'll get nothing in return.

Called by Faith uses the US Postal service. Product never arrived although the postal service said it did. Called by Faith is only interested in money not customer service. I am out $95 and will never use this company again.

Did not receive the shirt and hat. Poor customer service. No refund. I would order elsewhere.

Men's Faith Printed Casual Polo ShirtPicture 1_L. I received it a few day ago the writing on the shirt is side way it not useable looks ridiculous. the quality of the shirt is fine, but who every printed the shirt made it wrong when shipped no one bothered to look at the merchandise was fine to ship.
