Terrible company. First they have an article about how they are 'much cheaper' than a competitor. I go to the competitors site, and it turns out callfromprison.co.uk was lying! They are actually much more expensive. No company number. No VAT number. Phone doesn't connect. Screams 'scam' company to me.

Website full of AI generated nonsense, using em dashes everywhere (which is an obvious indicator of using AI to generate content), with articles targetting competition (cheap prison, locked talk, etc), all used as marketing wins for callfromprison when actually they're full of fiction. Quoting the competition as reporting reliability isues and delays on "Trustpilot" and "reviews" yet having one review yourself with no genuine customers (and no publicised way to review) says it all.
Focus on your product and making it better rather than trying to talk down on your competition who are being transparent.
