CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.

Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options. When we finally did and found CallRail we immediately fell in love with it. We have now been using CallRail for almost a year and we absolutely love it.

The user interface is modern and really easy to work with. The DNI script / WordPress plugin is short and simply works and we love how well it integrates with Google Analytics and AdWords.

CallRail is easy to use, and I love the tracking abilities that it provides.

I am new to marketing and needed a system that would allow me to manage incoming calls and we found that in CallRail. We have a lot to learn and plan next on incorporating the call analytics to leverage our marketing campaigns.

Realy enjoy the service. Allows us to track marketing. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get it totally worth it.

CallRail gives us and our clients greater insight into inbound calls from our website, ads, and other offline channels. Using their call analytics tool, we're able to show real value in our metrics — incoming calls from more new prospects.

Callrail is great but the app sucks. You can't copy and paste in the app. This means when someone calls and you want to respond with text you must memorize the number and input it into the text field. At that point you must remember what number they called. Instead, let me click their number in the missed call screen and it should text from the appropriate number. You're limited to 140 characters in text like it's 2002.

They truly have made call tracking simple and easy to use. DNI is seamless. I would recommend them to anyone

When CallRail works properly, it is very helpful for tracking calls.

My experience as an advertiser/marketer iinvolves large six and seven figure monthly national spenders. Call tracking is an essential tool of the trade. So features and flexibility is important. I was introduced to CallRail a couple years ago and have steadily have used it more and more. It's simple enough for small advertisers and has a lot of features to support even larger enterprises. Call Rail definitely provides a lot of bang for your buck, while also remaining an affordable option.
