Horrible service

Horrible service, if you have a business, run away from call rail, and especially their lead center, endless problems, horrible customer service, I had a problem with the user, he got stuck on busy, so it was not possible to receive calls. I was unable to answer my customers! I lost a lot of clients as a result. I opened 7 tickets, and no one contacted me. Ticket number 426829, horrible service!

Callrail is a HUGE waste of time and money

Callrail has charged us tens of thousands of dollars in "overage fees" for minutes that were taken up by SPAM calls. After speaking with the tech support I thought they were headed toward some type of refund. They admitted that our volume of SPAM calls was VERY high and it was causing the overage minutes. They seemed confident that we would be able to get reimbursed for the overage charges. But when we finally reached the billing department they said "Regrettably, we do not offer any refunds for spam callers. You have the option of marking unwanted callers as spam. If this is done prior to your bill cycle ending, then the calls will be removed from your call log. The following links will help to this end, as well as help to reduce spam callers." So buyer be warned: if they charge you through the nose for overage minutes you need to mark them as "SPAM" manually BEFORE you bill or it's too late.

This has been a HUGE waste of time and money for us.

CallRail has been very helpful…

CallRail has been very helpful regarding our review process. We are looking into some of the other additional services. It would be nice if there was a package deal rather than a flat cost for each additional feature.

Great tool for tracking campaigns

Great tool for tracking campaigns. However we noticed that from time to time the integration with salesforce would be automatically disconnected. Would have been great if there was a notification sent when this happened. Or better yet there was more stability around it.

t'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages

So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

CallRail is for agencies

CallRail is the best choice for our agency. Past call tracking providers have not been able to provide the same setup as CallRail that makes it easy for agencies like ours to manage numbers on behalf of their clients.
Not only is the platform great, but the support from both account reps and the general support team is always speedy and courteous.
I would highly recommend CallRail to anyone looking for a call tracking provider!

Customer service is great and so is the product. It really took my business to the next level. I can see where the quality leads are coming from and helps me optimize and grow my business. Such a friendly price too. So thankful for call rail.

Shafted old users

Shafted old users! I was a Phonewagon user and, as per other reviews, they have switched our account to different terms (none of which agreed before, rather it was dictated!).
It would have been nice for them to honour terms offered by Phonewagon, but no!
