CallRail has the best support team
CallRail is a great tool and has the best support team of anyone we work with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We don't run into actual issues with the platform itself, but anything we have encountered has been addressed and resolved quickly.
CallRail is also great at taking feedback and making actual product changes and feature additions based on such requests.

Great customer service, easy to use interface, but there are a few things keeping it from being a 5 star. Minor technical changes on the way events are sent to Google Analytics caused me to lose call tracking with no notice.
