CallTools, is one of the best platforms to use to this day. It's quick, it's easy to setup your campaign. Easy to run your campaign and manage your data. Their staff is pleasant to work with and not pushy at all.
Great product. Not very intuitive but they do a screen share where they walk you through how to do everything and then it's easy enough.

CallTools is interesting! It has been working out, I must admit though, it's an adjustment and slowly but surely, I'm feeling better about the whole system. What I appreciate the most is their customer service and support staff, especially Ana M. ! Everyone is great, kind, and super patient there. Ana really takes the time to explain thoroughly and ensures I won't have the same question or doubt again. Transitioning to a new system does not happen overnight and they understand that. If I catch them after hours, and they couldn't pick up, they make it a priority to reach out the next morning. No question is too big or small for them to offer their expertise. They are honest if they also need a minute to figure out a problem they have not encountered before and I like that--instead of "acting like they know." Thank You CallTools, Chase, Jessica, David, Jesus, Kari and Ana! I know these names because they have all taken the time to help.
