Veterans can get it through the VA

My VA provider got it for me after I mentioned it. It helps me every time that I experience sudden anxiety. Like all meds and gadgets this may or may not help others. You can try it and if it helps great. I personally recommend it.

My daughter struggles with anxiety and this device allows her to refocus and calm her emotions. This works better for her than the anxiety meds she has tried.

Calmigo helped me quit vaping!

I am a Navy veteran and I was given calmigo by my mental health care team at my local VA clinic. I have almost 12 years sober from drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes but whenever I quit all of these in July of 2013 I picked up vaping. I have been trying to quit vaping but nothing by itself has helped. I haven’t been able to stop vaping. By using the nicotine replacements prescribed by the VA along with the calmigo I have over 3 weeks off the vape completely! I have not put the vape down for more than an hour in the past 12 years!!!! I think with how hard it was for me, I would not be off the vape if it wasn’t for the calmigo helping me! So, yes it helps me calm down and relax but that’s exactly what I used the vape for too! Thank you so very much for your device. I use it every single day. It’s truly changed my life.

Malfunctioning Devices

I ordered a CalmgiGo device and was very excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the device would continually light up and vibrate during both inhalation and exhalation (and sometimes even while I was just holding it in my hand). I contacted customer support and they were great. They walked me through how to use the device, which I was doing correctly (there really isn't much to it) and ultimately they agreed that the device was faulty and offered to replace it free of charge. However, they sent a replacement device that is exhibiting the same problem. There must be a quality control issue or something that is resulting in faulty products being shipped out to customers. Most disappointingly, they will not pay for the return shipment of the second device. So after a very frustrating experience of trying to use this device for my anxiety, I now have to also pay to ship it back. I really wanted to love this device, but I am disappointed in the product and the return policy.

They passed all of our tests to make sure they were working fine.

We replaced your first device with a shipping label just in case it might be faulty, and then offered a video support call to assist you with the second device.

When you declined our offer of a free video call for your second device and decided you wanted to return it, at that point it became a general return and our official policy is that return shipping is on the customer's expense.

I am a new user so I’m still getting used to it. I get frustrated when the device doesn’t recognize my exhalations, even though I haven’t changed anything. However. I also realized I may not be doing it all correctly every time. I do feel a little calmer, but I think it’s gonna take a little bit longer of me using it before I really recognize the full benefits.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I emailed them because my wife's calmigo app wasn't sending the email correctly they emailed me back so fast! The device itself is really helpful in calming me down when I'm panicked. It takes away the need to think about breathing when you start having a panic attack. The scent clip things are really nice I love the bergamot scent just wish it was stronger and lasted a little longer. I'd definitely recommend the calmigo to anyone suffering from panic attacks.

If I could give it 0 stars I would

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Just received my product today for my son with terrible anxiety. Could not make it through a full session without it stressing him out more or causing him to have a lung spasm which caused him immense chest pain. Do not waste your time or money on this absolute headache inducing product. The smells are weak, you can't see the lights, it fills up with spit, the blowing has no effect on anything. It is essentially an over priced essential oil holder that even fails at providing the user with something to smell. There is absolutely no reason anyone should buy this product! Extremely disappointed and I can not express that enough!

This device is a game changer for anxiety management!

My initial experience was a nightmare but Aleks was able to intervene and helped me get things working. Once he fixed my issues and got my lifetime subscription working and showed me how things were supposed to work this device has been super helpful. If things don't work at first be patient and if support doesn't seem helpful, ask for Aleks. I am grateful for this product and grateful for Aleks help.

I made a mistake with shipping, but here’s what happened

I made the mistake of shipping to my old address. I immediately contacted calmigo via email and they shipped it before reading the email. They said there’s nothing we can do and provided the tracking. Told me to contact usps. Waited on hold and then they told me to go online and try to intercept package. Both USPS and Calmigo were very unhelpful and didn’t care that this was an expensive purchase.
