I bought this product for my husband to help him relax before bed after a long day at work. He loves it & it truly works! He loves the flavors too. I wish it was cheaper but it’s a great product. I recommended it to my best friend too!

My husband and I started using USleep a few years back because I have crazy insomnia. The adaptogens in this area perfect for relaxing in the evenings for sleep. We've tried both U Relax and U Sleep, love them both. Hubby loves the flavor! We order them monthly. Neither one of us drink alcohol. I'm really into using herbs, homeopathic remedies and the adaptogens in here are perfect. The company is easy to work with and they're great people. We like to use the monthly prescription for price and convenience.

I'm very happy with the product, I haven't had a drink in 2 months and I sleep so well off just two glasses. I would give this a 5 star rating and it tastes awesome

The Calm Co. powder "stick"/ "packet" is a perfect to go product for socializing when everyone else is drinking cocktails and you are not! The ingredients are safe and effective to make you truly feel calm and relaxed. Shipping for my orders is timely and efficient.

I receive the effect of calm from natural ingredients. No alcohol dependence. And I do not have a desire to be addicted to U-relax. I do look forward to other flavors.

I love the ease of ordering or changing orders. I mix the tonic with sparkling water or other nootropic sparkling drink. Helps me wind down and sleep.

At the end of the day and especially after a good workout this is a wonderful drink to have afterwards just to relax and chill.

Last year I did the no-drinking January thing ... I did miss having a glass of wine at night, and after doing some research found CalmingCo. I decided to try it, and found that I actually prefer it over drinking wine! It just chills me out, the website is easy to use, you can customize your preferences, and they do run good specials. I honestly love this company! I have been a scotch drinker for over 40 years. There was a time when I would have 6 drinks a night after a stressful day at work. I got down to 2 per night after retiring but my doc wanted me down to 1. I simply wasn’t able to until I started drinking U Relax. I’m now happily down to 1 and both me, my liver, and my Dr are happy.

The person using this still drinks, has slowed down some but not what was expected, a little pricy specially as it doesn't do what thought it would. Has been using for 6 mos or more

A little expensive but effective. I love the taste and it helps me relax in the evening before bed. I drink it to replace the alcohol which caused me to gain weight. I wish it wasn't so expensive.
