I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. I purchased a couple sets and immediately reached out because I realized they didn’t work for me. I emailed several times requesting a return or full 30 day refund like “they say” on the website, but I never received a single response…

I am stuck with a product I don’t use and no refund. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had.

Customer service is horrible keep emailing them that wanted to do a rerun. I bought too many sets by mistake and just wanted to keep a set to try. I was never contacted by customer service at all. After emailing them several times without any reply back. The calmpops did not work for me now I’m suck with 4 packs that I paid about $100 for. Worst customer service

My order never arrived, the shipping tracker just stopped two weeks ago and no email arrived after to give an update of the order.

Update 1 week later- I was contacted by their customer service that my order would be arriving shortly and in three days it arrived. The company apologized and gave me a 50% refund. I like the product, they stick well and the cards are nice.

I recently was diagnosed with adult ADHD, but I knew that I had to have had it all my life, but it wasn’t diagnosed because I’m a 70s baby and they didn’t know anything about that back then. I also am post menopausal and suffer from anxiety and some stress. I hate taking pills and I don’t like long drawn out programs so I gave this a try. I have to say I do feel a difference when using them. The low back pain pressure points don’t really help me though. But I do feel a lot more calm and less stressed and less hot flashes when I do use them. I’m so glad the commercial came across my feed or Facebook.

I used to take sleeping supplements but its effects wore off... I was recommended this, now my sleep is a bit better Thank you
