I would like to put no stars .
This click and play train set looked great on website. It took 4 weeks to arrive and the box was all damaged and it was tiny compared to the way it is filmed. Do not buy from this company. The don’t even answer on the support website

I don’t want to give a star but I couldn’t precede without it. Waited 18 days for my parcel. Building blocks came in a shabby plastic bagand wrapped all over with selotape. Will not use this company again .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY:
It’s a Chinese company under the guise of a UK one and the products are not UK Kite marked.
I recently bought ‘Cute Suction Cup Spinning Toy for Babies – Set of 3’ from Calvona UK for a friends 1 year old.
They arrived in just a plastic bag with quite a few components but no instruction leaflet. Of most concern it had no UK Kite mark.
I immediately contacted the company with my concerns and requesting a refund. They responded but did not address the safety issues raised and said I would need to post it back to China, at my expense, in order to get a refund less the postage I paid for the original delivery. I challenged this but all they would do if I didn’t want to pay postage costs to China was offer a 30% refund less original postage.
BEWARE.

I ordered a game for my grandson ,19th nov still no sign ,just says in transit ,I'll never order from calvona again ,scam company avoid at all costs ,I've given up on my purchase arriving

Calvona is a scam company ! Do not order from them ! Ordered for granddaughter weeks ago . Contacted them and they replied saying in transit. Rubbish ! Now email with tracking number has been deleted!! Deliberately I suspect ! Don’t buy from them !

I had to put in 1 star just to be able to write about the awful products I was sent. All these toys were poorly made, small pieces falling off, little fingers could easily get trapped in thexyoy car wheels, cheap plastic, easily breakable, only Chinese instructions.
JUST AWFUL AND DANGEROUS

Unfortunately I couldn’t choose no stars! Avoid at all costs! Order placed a month ago and no sign of delivery! Should’ve done my research! Website gives enough clues! Founder-Margaret 😂🤦🏽‍♂️

Wish I had read reviews of this company before I ordered.12 days after ordering tracking still saying processing simply not good enough.scam firm.

So far I am waiting delivery/refund. Having read the reviews and looked in detail at the website I realise I have probably made a big mistake again having recently been caught out by a similar outfit that pretends to be a family business but is in fact little more than a scam. If I do get a satisfactory result I will happily give agood review. The website is full of clues with non exiatant phone numbers and what appears to be a cut and paste legal document regarding returns. A return foem that doesn't work and no return address. I wish i had checked this out before purchasing what I now know i could have got from Amazon. More later!

This product arrived in a terrible state. Still waiting for a reply and refund

I placed a small order for a bag as a gift for my stepson who was travelling, I ordered in good time but delivery information was poor and the delivery time was much longer than expected. Sadly this company use Evri for deliveries who are truly hopeless. Amazingly the bag was allegedly delivered late on a Thursday, just before it was needed, to my office in central London. Sadly they delivered it , as far as I can tell, to a pub about 500 metres away in a side road. When I received the notification and a far from helpful photograph. I immediately contacted Evri and Calvona to highlight the issue and also tried to establish the whereabouts of the package to no avail. I explained all of this to Calvona and when they finally responded the response was its delivered not our problem, when I pointed out it was delivered to the wrong address they refused to respond, and have still not responded 2 weeks later. So I have no delivery and a supplier who refuses to communicate or assist in addressing the issue, but its ok they have my money. Needless to say I would highly recommend that you consider using a different and more professional company as this company are not to be trusted .

I placed an order six days ago and according to the tracking information, the item is still in transit. This purchase was intended as a gift for my granddaughter and I had hoped to present it to her on Sunday, 28th September. Unfortunately, it is now clear that the delivery will not arrive in time for that occasion. The delay in shipping has been quite disappointing, as the process feels extremely slow compared to what I expected. Given this experience, I am reconsidering whether I will place future orders with your company. i don't think this company is based in UK though it show that it is. Just updating: Now it has been 10 days and it shows that item has left the airport (I don't know which is hell that airport is) so order with this firm and then just forget it and face an endless wait. Simply Pathetic and rubbish company. Let me down and of course let others down as well on important occasions.

I ordered a sneaker shoe but the shoe did not fit. I sent 4 emails but received no response. I also completed a cancellation form which is on their website for returns, exchanges and refund but still did not receive any response back. This looks to me to be a scam company

Calvona sent me boots I ordered. The materials used were horrible cheap plastic I would not wear them. I sent an email immediately asking for a refund and returns label. They have not replied to the three emails I sent. I filled in a returns format I found on their website. No response. This company has no customer service at all keep away. Do not buy from them. They take your money and do not care about you at all.
