I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company at all. Bought a ticket from them, didn't receive any eticket or booking confirmation and their online chat is dead slow. Ended up wasting almost a week trying to find out about my ticket as I felt ignored, so I had to get a refund via my bank.

I paid the ticket online on camboticket before reaching Cambodia. When I was there the bus driver made me paying again saying that camboticket will not pay him. So I wrote to camboticket and they told me that they would refund me soon. It was at beginning of January, I haven't received my money yet and they are not replying me anymore.

Bad service and untrustworthy business practices.

I booked a private taxi from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh with them for 166 Euros a couple of months in advance and paid it by credit card. On December 28th, 10 days before the trip, I send them a mail to reconfirm and was told: "Since we have some issue with the private taxi right now we would like to inform you that our private taxi is not available right we will do the refund for you 100%."

Until now: nothing. No refund. I asked them many times when the refund is supposed to be done; the first time, they answered "soon" - nothing happened. After asking them again ten days later, I was told that they needed my bank account information. I emailed it to them - and again, nothing happened. They don't even answer my mails anymore.

Scam! I strongly recommend not to book tickets with this company!

Should be closed down and operators put in prison. Don’t answer phone or emails. Booked with a non existent busline. DO NOT USE. They are criminals.

I only knew that the prices are way higher in Camboticket than the rest. This made me think if I would book thru them next time or not. As to their service, it was commendable since they helped me arrange my ticket to another schedule. They don't have a ticketing office in Kep so they drop you off and pick you up around 150 meters away from Kep Beach. It would be nice to partner with other offices in the area for queries and concerns of customers and so that they can sit somewhere while waiting for the pick- up schedule. It's a good thing it wasn't raining on that day. Thank you so much.

I got an eTicket without any QR and asked the service to check it. The answer was, the eTicket is okay and I got the similar eTicket.
If you book for two people, only one name with 2 sits is on the ticket. This is also correct.

I had a ferry ticket booked but I had to change it because my flights had been disrupted. I asked to move the ferry to a different date and they replied to my email whithin 10 minutes with my new ferry ticket for the date I wanted. Very good customer service. I would strongly recommend.

I always book my bus tickets with Camboticket and never had any issues. It's quick and convenient.
Recently I booked a ticket to Ho Chi Minh, but I didn't receive the confirmation. I contacted the support and they got back to me immediately and resent the confirmation. I appreciate their professional customer service!

I bought a bus ticket from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh and then changed my mind about the timing. The online chat system worked extremely well and I was able to change the time very easily.

I have been using Camboticket for the past 4 years and find the service absolutely great. They are like the Agoda of Cambodia bus travel and more. The support people, when plans change, are right there on the phone or by email and are very quick to respond and help.
