I was in a great deal of pain when I attended the Dental Practice for an emergency appointment last week ; I was visiting Cambridge to go to a wedding. I had much swelling around my lower jaw and was in a lot of pain as the initial antibiotics I had already taken had not worked . I was feeling very apprehensive about what was to come at the appointment which was arranged for later the same day as it was requested . I was treated with kindness, consideration and compassion and with an unhurried efficiency. I was fully engaged in conversation about what was happening and I felt listened to and my views respected by both Dr Slaymaker and his assistant . I was able to attend and enjoy the wedding thanks to Dr Slaymaker's
additional antibiotic prescription which swiftly helped with pain and swelling .The relief was indescribable. I was particularly impressed by the speedy response and reassuring advice given by Dr S in a follow up email exchange with him today about the next best step to take. Come north please , we need more dentists like you, Jack 😊

Dr Sheylla Britto is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable on facial aesthetics.
I felt I was in great hands, Dr Britto put me at ease explaining everything clearly, allowing me to ask any questions I had about Botox.
I am really happy with the results!

Dental practice with high standards. I had an excellent treatment for a complex urgent dental case during Covid-19 pandemic and I am grateful.

Fantastic practice, very helpful and appointments available basically next day. Waiting rooms are inexplicably nice. Very reasonably priced treatments and services too. Dentist I saw was very friendly and thorough.

Cannot recommend enough. Dr Kish Patel did an amazing job with partial composite bonding, he listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with the results! All the staff were polite and friendly and the practice is beautifully decorated and generally just a nice place to be.

I attended the Cambridge Dental Hub for an emergency appointment a few weeks ago. Dr Doo Roo Ihm did an excellent job of my initial checkup, and was compassionate and professional in his approach. I later attended for an orthodontics assessment on Dr Doo's advise, with Dr Guilherme Xavier and dental nurse Lachlan. Dr Guilherme's expertise was immediately apparent, he explained my issues and the possible interventions clearly, and was honest in his assessment which I really appreciated. Lachlan had excellent professionalism and customer service, and both made me feel comfortable during the appointment.

Very prompt appointment to replace filling that had come loose. Excellent treatment by all involved. No hesitation in continuing to use this practice.

Dr Patel (Kish) was incredibly bespoke from cradle to crave of my treatment.

I felt in good hands and well informed throughout the process. Kish was able to address my needs, and ensure he dealt with any residual issues however small to me or him. He was methodical in delivering a complete package that In my experience is unrivalled not only in dentistry but generally in aesthetics that I have dealt with.

I am grateful to Kish and the Cambridge dental team and will almost certainly be coming again!

It is a pleasure to write this review of my experience at the clinic...As a wheel chair patient I have put off dental treatment for over 2 years as I was terrified about having to get on to the chair and then lie down.... Dr Shreena and her staff have been absolutely wonderful, professional, reassuring, even allowing me to have a short interval in the process in order to change my position etc....Amazing.
My only negative comment is quite secondary - I found the accounting system a bit complicated, difficult to discover my total bill and just how things are worked out in that area. Probably all my fault...and easy to rectify anyway.
As you know my husband is now having his treatment with you...!!!

After my husband had been referred to Cambridge Dental by our local dental practice to have an implant, I accompanied him to one of his appointments, as our dentist also referred me to Cambridge Dental for an implant. He was having a fairly complex procedure comprising of 3 separate implants with a single crown, replacing three upper molars.
The work was being carried out by Sheylla Brito.

Although he repeatedly told me that i had nothing to worry about, as Sheylla was absolutely lovely and an outstanding dentist, I could not help but worry.

Considering myself an extremely nervous dental patient, Sheylla put me at ease straight away, with her friendly, reassuring and professional attitude.
She explained everything so clearly and calmly and I was made to feel that I would be able to have an implant without the need to be sedated.

On the day of the actual procedure, thanks to Sheylla and her assistant's gentle and confident approach, I managed to remain calm and composed and much to my surprise, there were no tears and no drama!
Throughout the 2 hour long appointment, Sheylla constantly spoke to me, explaining what she was doing, what it will feel like and was checking on me, asking me how I was doing and if I needed a break.
Her soft tone of voice was very comforting and I felt completely safe in her hands and the procedure never felt rushed.

All I can say is that after having had my first implant, which went so smoothly and was completely painfree and without any trauma, it seems my phobia of dental work has stopped altogether and I feel that I may now be able to face any future dental work that I may require, without going to pieces.

My husband and I could not recommended Sheylla enough for her fantastic work!

I had a great first experience at Cambridge Dental. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and I was at ease throughout my visit. My appointment was on time and at a relaxed pace (which seems rare these days in healthcare / dentistry) and I left feeling reassured. Albeit, with a few tips from Dr Slaymaker on how to look after my teeth better. I'll be back.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Shreena Bhatt for a tooth extraction - not a pleasant experience, but Dr Bhatt and her assistant were both extremely kind, patient and professional, and all went well. Definitely recommended and thank you!
