Paper was perfect, and they didn’t miss a single detail. These guys are 🔥!

the company did not mention other charges. It was very unprofessional did not attend my proctor exam, did not pick up the phone when trying to get hold of them, constantly passed to different employees and told the person who dealt with my case would call me (which did not happen)
I was told to speak with the refunds team even though " they had referred my case to the refund team and I have to wait for them to contact me" would not supply me a refund number... apparently they are still planning to contact me till this day.

NEVER go into business with these people. It is a big scam. There are no academics involved here. Just some cheap version of ChatGPT. Already put way too much money into this.

They are bad people. They bear funny names Mark Cooper, and the likes but they are Asians, most likely Indian/Pakistani from their accent. They use funny big words like "panel of experts", don't be fooled they don't have experts at all. I think they do the work themselves and most probably copy from the Internet. To correct one thing, you have to be on it for more than 3 times. They give half reference, and most of their citations are not find in the reference list. Very rude set of people. They fail to refund my money despite the fact that the job was not even half done. You have to correct their grammar, and above all, they will give your work to inexperienced and people who are not in your field.

This is a scam website, they provided poor-quality proofreading.

They don’t do their work properly and I wouldn’t recommend this page . I think they are scammers. They claim to investigate and after refund your money when it’s not true
