Been buying Cambridge satchels since 2015 but this is my first 15-inch Batchel as I wanted a smart, structured work bag that can comfortably fit my laptop and all the things I carry for the entire day. Shipping took only 1 working day and the delivery to Singapore took another 2 working days, so the experience is seamless (as I’ve come to expect). The only thing I will suggest is for there to be an option for a shorter shoulder strap. Other than that, I’m super thrilled with my new work bag; it has (literally) my name all over it!

Excellent service as usual. I have 8 Cambridge satchel handbags and I love them all. Bought one of my last purchase for a Christmas present for my daughter , never too early to start🤣

I had to contact customer service who came back to me promptly, and couldn’t have been more polite or helpful, which is just what you want from a company.
Both bags arrived within the time given. They are fabulous, they are expensive but you can absolutely see why because of the high quality! Overall, very pleased with the whole experience.

I ordered two handbags, one for my partner and one for my mother. Both arrived to Switzerland faster than I ever received a delivery from abroad (2 days) and in perfect condition. This is likely be the best gifts I offered in my life and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this family-run company.

I spontaneously visited the Cambridge Satchel Company shop in Cambridge with only a vague idea of replacing an old messenger bag which had been falling apart for years. Despite not really knowing exactly what I was after, the shop assistant was extremely helpful and patient as I dithered around, talking me through the various options, and even lending me her pad of paper to check the sizing of the products. Even though I ended up ordering on the website in the end, I would not have done so had it not been for her excellent advice.

Beautiful bags and wonderful customer service when you purchase. Shocking customer service when there is a problem. Such a shame as I was looking forward to treating myself so lots more bags and I will be retracting all of my recommendations to friends and family.

My first online order experience was exceptional! Ordered in the morning and my Satchel arrived the at 9.45am the next day… on standard delivery with DPD. The satchel arrived well wrapped and was a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Very happy with my purchase, communication and delivery. Excellent company!

I placed my order on Thursday and it arrived on Friday. The website is beautifully laid out, with great close-up pics of details. The two bags came beautifully packaged with dust bags. This was my first ever purchase from The Cambridge Satchel Co., certainly not the last!💼💙

I have been "window shopping" a Cambridge Satchel bag for about five years+ now. Living in the States I have not been able to visit to 'experience' the bag before purchasing.

While visiting in Edinburgh we happened to pass the store and within minutes I knew that I really wanted to purchase a bag. Paola was wonderful in answering my questions and guided me as I explored my options. Ultimately I settled on the music bag and had it shipped home.

When you do purchase, make sure you ask about the repair services and care tips. Those are two things I learned about after my purchase.

Had the pleasure of a visit to the Edinburgh George Street Store.
The luxury of all the bags , the very friendly and professional staff , and the in store personal embossing service was second to none .
I was given excellent advice for looking after my bag.

Lovely bag. Beautiful leather and quality. So pleased 😍 it's made in Britain. Well packed, delivered quickly and good service.

From order to delivery it’s been a sublime experience! The website is easy to navigate and I was able to personalise my item and checkout in a matter of minutes. Post order communications were clear and concise. Icing on the cake was the item was delivered the next morning despite ordering the previous EVENING! Superb service from a wonderful company!

I am really happy with the Bowls Bag :) I thought I won't gonna love the green color, but I was really in love with how cool and chic it is.. It is also surprisingly light knowing this is a full leather. I am excited to test this out on my trip as a personal bag. Kudos as well to the staff of the company, really accommodating and helpful, making the order and delivery at breeze. Will highly recommend :)
