A rating of 3.2 is probably too high for this dental practice. They don't see their own patients with issues, leaving them on their own to find another practice for an emergency that could have been avoided. They send emails to patients telling them they'll be removed from the practice if they don't book a hygienist. While they'll happily charge NHS for the work, they won't respect an exemption and try to delay a patient until the exemption expires. No respect for their patients at all. Lots to improve!

Avoid If you are an NHS patient!!! Appalling treatment by dentist Jia Ying Goh whom I found to be very rude, insensitive, flippant and unprofessional. The Cambridge Smile Studio will not hesitate to lie to cover up her incompetence. If you are an NHS patient please think carefully before you register with this practice to avoid being treated with disrespect. Other patients has mentioned on here that they don't always return your calls, Jia Ying Goh also failed to return my call when I telephoned the practice and asked her for advice, I therefore had no choice but to make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman to get a reply from her and due to my poor treatment.

Please don't hesitate to make a complaint If you feel you were treated unfairly because each complaint will be investigated and filed for future reference. I have now registered myself and my daughter with a more professional dentist.
