Camcool sent an surveyor round to discuss options then provided me with various prices based on different units for my garden room.

The install guys were great, polite tidy and barely knew they were there. Unit installed with no issues.

Will use them again to get whole house done.

We chose Camcool after an online search of both installers & the domestic aircon units we judged would suit us best. Mark provided useful extra info on this during his "survey" of us, and we accepted his quote. The subsequent fitting, by Jamie et al, was carried out very tidily and they were most considerate and easy to have around. Like Ian Wood, we needed the units directly wired into the consumer box, as the outside socket ring main did not have enough capacity for winter "heating" mode. We had to wait 2.5-weeks for the electrician, but I wasn't surprised as the quote included the phrase "Power supply". Another very tidy and considerate guy. We had used the units before that with no problems using the external socket as a temporary set up. All's working & we're very pleased with the result.

Good advice from the start, installation crew friendly they explained everything and cleaned up afterwards.

Having received quotes from several suppliers Mark from Camcool was the only one who offered good advice offering detailed explanation of the installation and suggested units for the sizes of rooms. Out of all the quotes Camcool were the only ones to offer a two day installation rather than three. They came in a much lower and more realistic price for the same units and installation as other suppliers. They also installed the units one week after raising the order others were quoting 4 to 6 weeks.
The install itself was tricky as our external walls are mostly tiles. Jamie and Steve did the best they could to route the pipes around the roof and behind the drain piles to hide them and make it all look neat. They kept me informed throughout the install making sure I was happy with the placements of the indoor units, and the pipe runs before starting work. They worked fast but carefully even in the inevitable rain showers on the second day.
I was surprised at the lack of mess inside the house they tidied up very well and you would not have even know they has been there.
The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was over a week delay from the aircon units being installed and the electrician coming to run the power supply. We were told at the quote that the units could be run from a house ring main as there was a socket on the wall behind where the external unit was mounted. However, when the electrician arrived, he needed to run a separate supply from the main fuse board on the other side of the house as it needed a 16-amp fuse rather than 3-amp. In the end this was not a big problem, and he did a very good job, the cable is almost invisible around the house, but it was not what we expected. The company apologised and did offer some compensation.
Overall, a very good experience from quote to install, the price was good, the quality of work was good, and the people involved were all very helpful, courteous and efficient.

Normally I complain that I have to give one star because you can’t give no stars.
Now I’m complaining I can only give five and not more.

We had several quotes but “You only get one chance to make a first impression” and Mark seemed to be the only one who knew what he was talking about (I have some refrigeration experience from year’s ago) and he offered various solutions.

Camcool installed one split unit and one multi unit with two indoor units in less then two days. Their guys (J, S and F, plus the electrician C) were first class. They were polite, courteous and a pleasure to have in our house. Even our black spaniel liked them.

They cleaned up so thoroughly you wouldn’t know they’d been in our house - apart from the indoor units on the walls of course.
So its a 100% recommendation.

Clean and tidy work. Cancelled one appointment on the day, came next day. Didn't complete the electric installation, made temporary connection. Returned a week later to complete. Overall a good installation. Works well

If ever I have received exceptional service, this has to be it!!

The initial planning visit was extremely helpful and we were made to feel very assured. The technicians were prompt, polite and extremely tidy. There is work done by other AC companies on our building so the quality and standard of the work done by Camcool is clearly evident side-by-side with the older units.

Mark was quick to come and quote and the pricing was more affordable than I had expected. The engineer did a great job and was curious and removed his shoes when in the house. Very pleased with all.

The whole experience from start to finish has been exemplary.
- initial online consultation responded to within 1 hour of sending!
- site visit to review requirements within 2 weeks and was extremely professional with zero hard sell, only a desire to deliver against what we were asking
- engineer visit booked within a week of site visit
- delivery on time of date of installation and honestly the engineer (Jamie) is a credit to the company. He was thorough, fastidiously tidy in his workmanship and a pleasure to have in the house!
- one part was missing on day of installation, but it was no bother as Jamie arrived the next morning to complete everything. Excellent customer service!

Mark and his team have installed our systems and maintained them for a while now and we cannot fault them. They always arrive on time and clean up after them with a very professional approach to their work.

All round great experience, quick and efficient! Our old AC units removed and disposed of, new AC unit fitted in the office looks good and works well. Neat and tidy work. Will definitely be using Camcool in the future for chiller and AC repair and maintenance.

Mark and his team provided an excellent service and product. The survey was conducted quickly and punctually with professional advice. The quote was competitive and considerably less than most competitors. The fitting was done by two fitters, Steve and Dylan who worked tirelessly and completed the installation of two units in the time allocated. I’m very pleased with the results

Had 4 Panasonic air source heat pump units installed just under 2 years ago - 3 in the house and 1 in an office pod in the garden. We have experienced a few minor issues in this time (e.g. not connecting to the wifi) and the response has been excellent with a great customer-focussed attitude. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the units are all working properly and that we are happy with the installation (including tidy wiring & pipes). Would definitely recommend them.

A couple of years ago I contacted Camcool for a quote to install air conditioning in the master bedroom just in time for summer. Mark was very knowledgeable and recommend a unit to help with allergies (which has helped with sleeping whilst suffering with hayfever). The team that installed the unit were very friendly and helpful in showing how to setup the mobile app so I could control the unit on my phone. I’ve just moved and have just contacted Camcool to complete an installation in my new house.
