Bought a bike from them it was a nice experience!

These guys are top guys working with the mentality: Where e is a problem there is a solution. Had issue with my bike display ,4 my local bike shops even refused to test it ,took it to Camden Cycles and after 1 h I had issue sorted with very reasonable cost, will use this shop from now on, top guys!

I highly recommend Camden Cycles. They repaired my flat tire in just 1 hour, providing quick and efficient service at a great value. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Helpful staff really know what they are doing repair my hydraulic brakes within half an hour which other shops couldn’t diagnose it.

They appeared stymied by something that really ought not to have resulted in confusion (installing a brand new rear derailleur); I came away with the impression that one really shouldn’t expect a high level of technical expertise from this outfit - they’ll give it a go, but my bike isn’t quite right (and it should be), and the bill came to nearly £100.

There are no bike shops in Camden Town.

So much for the cycling revolution and all these absurd cycle lanes.

Great service when I recently bought a bicycle- not so chatty but really helpful

My husband made a genuine enquiry on Friday evening to sell his Pashley cycle.
It’s now Saturday afternoon and we’ve heard nothing despite them being open.
What’s the point of advertising a cash purchase scheme if you don’t answer enquiries?
UPDATE: Claiming over a week later that your system didn’t pick up the enquiry, despite confirmation that the upload of data HAD been successful, is pretty limp. My husband wouldn’t sell you his Pashley on principle.

I recently purchased my new bike from Camden Cycles and am very pleased not only with my bike but also the customer service. Ali and Hasan were really helpful and have done a great job on adding new parts to my bike. It's a great shop I'll be a regular customer.

I felt I was being very rushed to buy a bike by the person serving me (despite being the only customer at the time) and made to feel as if I was an inconvenience - not how customers willing to pay a lot of money for a bike should be made to feel. Terrible first experience, highly doubt I’ll be back.

Ordered a scooter 1 week ago and have yet to receive a basic update regarding delivery. So far the company has ignored 3 emails and the customer phone number phone number takes you through to the mobile phone of someone who appears to have no knowledge of what is going on. Avoid this company.

Sent £404 to purchase a bike in MAY, never received the bike and despite many requests (emails and phone calls), I have never received my refund. Absolutely criminal.

I spoke to over 3 mechanics before settling on Camden cycles. They offered the most reasonable prices, had all the parts in stock and offered same day turn around for full service.

Advertised high spec bike on ebay at reduced price then sent lower spec bike and charged more than the lower spec'd bikes rrp. Refused to refund the amount overcharged and requested additional payment if i wanted the bike I order. Also requested additional £100 postage (after paying £30 postage) suggesting the bike would arrive damaged if extra 'insured' postage wasn't paid. Also requested photo id (driving licence or passport) for their 'records' which i felt wasn't necessary. Avoid.
