Originally I was sent the cropped version of the jacket I actually ordered by accident but cameo rose immediately offered to resend the correct item and refund me for the postage from having to return the item they accidentally sent. The staff were so friendly and I recieved my correct order very quickly. I am happy with the style, colour and quality of my item and it is true to size as well. Great prices, great customer service and great products :)

Ordered lovely looking pu blazer and when it arrived it looked nothing like the quality of the photo. It is unsatisfactory that you then have to pay to send back . This is why people end up keeping items they are not happy with . All other companies factor postage into the cost .

First time purchasing, bought a coat which was amazing quality, got free delivery and it came really quickly. Very good service.

The jacket was exactly what I was looking for to complete an outfit for a winter wedding which is all indoors . I am an older lady but still like to be stylish without being too showy. Your online description was perfect and accurate, which is why it was virtually the first thing I saw on my search. The colours were perfectly on trend to coordinate with a dress I had bought recently and the price was reasonable. The fabric feels really nice and soft too and you packaged it up very well .
