A trusting Team

I bought my camera and lens from cameraoccasion and was also able to trade in my old equipment. The team is very responsive, professional, and service-minded. If you need advice, the chat support is excellent and very helpful.
I highly recommend CameraOccasion!

Very satisfied

I bought an open box Sony A7 IV from CameraOccasion and was very satisfied with what I got. There was absolutely 0 damage, and the shutter count was at 5.

Will most likely be looking at their catalogue for lenses and accessories in the future as well

Excellent Service

I had a good experience with Camera Occasion. Earlier this year, I bought my camera — it was delivered quickly, in the original box, with no issues whatsoever. (I love it and use it every day.)

Last week, I purchased a lens. It’s a good lens with no quality concerns, and it was delivered quickly as well. However, I made a mistake with the mount and needed to return it. The return process was easy too. I tracked the package and saw it was delivered to Camera Occasion, and on the same day, I received an email confirming that the refund had been issued.
