Ordered a Nikon Coolpix P1100 from CamerasDori as their price was about 36% below the RRP on other sites. From placing the order to delivery was 14 days (to Ireland). Very pleased with the camera and the Nikon accessories (neck strap dust cover, flare hood etc). Would highly recommend the service provided by the Company and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Bought 2 lenses, very good price. Good communication. One of the lenses was not good (they check the shipments), they let me know and offer me alternatives. I keep the order and they requested a new one. So, honest and trust people. If I have choice, I shall by again. Shipment sent to Spain, no extra charges (tax included).

Although I was a little (not a little) nervous about the outcome of my order, everything went perfectly. I paid a purchase price of several thousand euros to an online store that I was practically unfamiliar with, but the price of the lens in question was so advantageous that I took this risk and did not regret it. Although the delivery time was not short, it took about 1 month before I could receive the lens I ordered (a big factor in this was the fact that the Chinese New Year celebration also fell during this period, when everything was closed for a few days where the lens came from), during this time a Camerasdori employee (Dave - thank you again) kept in touch with me, repeatedly apologized for the unexpected delay, and even offered that if I found this waiting time unacceptable and canceled the purchase, they would refund the full purchase price. I persisted and I don't regret it, I can only recommend Camerasdori to everyone

Like most people I was a little wary when placing my order as I had never heard of this company, and couldn’t believe the prices were so good!! After going through pretty much every review I decided to place an order, and I’m really glad that I did. I ordered a Viltrox 35mm lab lens for my Nikon, and I couldn’t find a better price anywhere. Delivery took 7 working days, and communication was superb. My only gripe (and it’s small) is that the box that contained my lens wasn’t factory sealed. The lens itself was brand new and still had all of the protection wrapping on. and everything else was perfect. So I can’t really split hairs about that! I would definitely use this company again.

Great online photography shop, will use again

I bought the Nikkor lens and will receive it in about 10 days. It’s a new one, well packaged, and delivered to Poland. The price was much better than on the local market.

I was a bit dubious at first, their prices seemed too good to be true. Having sold my professional Nikon DSLR system, I needed a replacement Mirrorless system. I had already bought a Z8 and Z9 body but looked out for the best lens prices. Enter Camerasdori through a web search. Other reviewers here on Trust Pilot confirmed my fears were unjustified so I went ahead and ordered a relatively inexpensive single 50mm Z lens. This arrived without issue and no hidden charges or whatever. So I ordered 4 more lenses. All were at amazingly great savings from the European official dealers or even online sellers.
You need to understand that buying through Camerasdori you cannot take any problematic or faulty item into a European dealership for warranty repair or service, something Camerasdori make explicitly clear - you have a warranty with them. So in the unlikely event of an item arriving out of the factory with an undetected fault (I've had precisely one such event in decades of pro and semi pro photography) it will be Camerasdori you deal with. For this relatively minor - IMO - inconvenience, you get prices which approach those of used items of dubious quality through online auction sites and so forth. In short, when you buy new through official dealers in Europe / UK you are paying a hefty premium for what amounts to a warranty card that gives you "peace of mind" that you don't really need.
All the lenses I've purchased have been brand new in box, exactly as I would have got from any local source. One of them, unfortunately, arrived with a faulty LED display - it had slipped through Nikon's net. Camerasdori asked me to run a few tests and send video / photo confirmation of the issue (it wouldn't be in either of our interests had I sent it back only to find the fault was with my camera body settings), I did so and they issued me a prepaid Waybill - the lens, was shipped out, insured, at their cost, to their European agent who confirmed the fault and then they shipped the brand new replacement without me having to wait for the faulty lens to reach Hong Kong or elsewhere.
Given that this extremely unlikely situation is about the worst you could face by buying from them and how subsequent events went, I can recommend them wholeheartedly. I certainly don't see me using any other seller for my subsequent purchases.

Delivered as promised, excellent value.

A little over two weeks after ordering, the camera arrived via UPS. The camera was in the same condition as described on the seller's website: new, in its original packaging, and with all the accessories shown. I'm comletely satisfied. The price is excellent. Questiones are answered within 24 hours. I would gladly order again if this price-performance ratio remains as good as it was in my experience.

The company have been very transparent and clear on delivery periods which was great.

It was slightly longer than I hoped for delivery, but this is due to mass orders and needing to work in and around their warehouse capabilities.

The stock is uk and came with a 18 month guarantee.

The box was reinforced on the edges for safe transport and I appreciate that.

Fantastic value, able to purchase a brand new lens at the price of a second hand good quality one. Ordering was very straightforward and clarity around delivery times help alleviate worry. It was about 10 working days, and the delivery actually was faster than the updates to tracking!

I was a bit wary of the price which was considerably cheaper than UK retailers. After reading the positive reviews i decided to order with Camerasdori. The camera arrived within just a few days, which was a really nice surprise as i'd be expecting it to take up to 2 weeks.
I would definitely use again.

This is the third lens I have bought from Camerasdori. All three have been new in manufacturers boxes and as you would expect from a UK supplier. All three took approx seven days from ordering to delivery to my home address. All three were th e best price that I could find.

I placed the order on February 5th, the money was immediately withdrawn from my normal account, but it's the 23rd and I still don't have a package. On their website it says the package will be delivered on the 14th, and on the UPC website it says "Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the parcel." so... you place an order and wait a month, even though it clearly says 7-14 days, it's a lie. I don't recommend this site at all... I'm curious if this package will arrive and what condition the package is in... If not, I'll take legal action.

I bought a Viltrox AF 9mm f/2.8 Air.
The price is much cheaper than in the store.
I'm very satisfied with how the product was handled.
It was delivered within a week.
I was also very satisfied with the email contact I had with Camerasdori; they responded promptly.
All in all, very satisfied.
My next lens, which I'll be ordering soon, will be from Camerasdori.

Price-wise fantastic. Delivery went ok since it went from the UK to Austria. The only issue is with the lack of response to my questions on the lens that I purchased, I never got an answer. Otherwise Camerasdori was a good experience.
