NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!
I ordered a Car for delivery early 2018. They said it would be 2018 spec, but the rental was price protected at 2017 prices. However, when the new 2018 spec was revealed they insisted I couldn't have that car at that spec without a price increase. I agreed to compromise on the spec no longer available, and they then proceeded to requote me for the 2018 model at a higher price, saying I would have to reorder the vehicle or cancel my order. When I reminded them of their guarantee to protect the price, and pointed the sales Manager to an email guaranteeing that, he hung up the phone and rejected my calls afterwards. He then proceeded to cancel my order, against my wishes, despite me having signed a lease agreement. At no point was I abusive as they suggest, and I found the attitude from the sales manager and the director very arrogant, and I only got a refund by being very insistent. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way these days and this company doesn’t deserve your business. Had they been as diligent in providing good service to me as a customer as they have been in responding falsley to this post, then they would have kept my business. There are many lease companies out there, save yourself the hassle and AVOID this one.

We understand Mr Mears’s frustration due to Land Rover making changes to the 2018 model year specification for the Range Rover Sport. Despite these changes Mr Mears was offered a 2018 model year car with a much improved standard specification than he was originally expecting at a higher P11D value for the same monthly lease rental albeit he would have to amend his choice of exterior colour, style of alloy wheel and colour of brake callipers as the original options he wanted had been discontinued and were no longer available to order from the factory.
Regrettably changes by manufacturers to factory build times or specification are sometimes beyond our control and we do our absolute best to minimise any impact to our customers, however, we will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour towards members of our staff, clearly frustrated Mr Mears instructed us to cancel his order and in line with our policy of treating customers fairly his processing fee was refunded in full.
We wish Mr Mears well in locating a vehicle elsewhere.

We thank Mr Mears for his amended comments, we’ve also read his previous reviews concerning other companies/suppliers he’s dealt with which all follow a similar pattern and in our view are a mischievous attempt to discredit. We’ve been in business since 1994,we know our customers love us, we’re satisfied our original reply was both true and accurate, we genuinely wish Mr Mears well in locating a vehicle elsewhere but we won’t be commenting further.
