Generally a good experience! Good and well-working website with nice products. I ordered 3 items from them but got no kind of confirmation ...

What a very bad after sales service. I never more buy anything by TomTop. I have buy a drone. To fast an of the motor damaged. After a lot of correpondetion emails i haven't a sollution. TomTop doesn't ansering more contact. If you need some service/ warranty Don't spend your time into it..

Tomtop SCAM, never trust, never send any back.
Hi, caution with this SCAM SELLER, they are using a new way to scam you, and paypal never will cover you. Very easy, look:
1) buy article, 75 euros, shipped from UK, paid with paypal. Received correctly
2) DOA article, defective, doesn´t hold charge... messages goes and back... finally offer to return article for refund or resend (I want refund).

I send article with registered carrier (and urgent), delivered 2 days after send. Then seller SAY didn´t receive any, and messages asking about tracking in english (I sent, it show it how delivered correctly, and that address).
AND HERE IS THE TRICK¡¡¡¡
Then you open paypal claim... and escalate to DISPUTE (you was talking about it 2 weeks). Paypal ask to send back to CHINA ADDRESS¡¡¡¡ you returned yet the article (and have tracking) to address sent by suppport. Automatically you lost dispite, they got article and money.
I talked with paypal, they checked address I sent and asked to seller... he didn´t answer... then, they consider not valid. Closed dispute, i lost article and money.
You know... NEVER RETURN ANY TO TOMTOP, ANY¡¡¡¡¡ always open dispute and wait address from Paypal. Never trust in they, NEVER. you will lost money and article.
I don´t understand how they are as liars... CAUTION WITH THIS NEW SCAM... better don´t buy here. I will try to post these in all webpages and forums I can.

Purchased a sport camera. Very bad quality.
I purchased a sport camera from chamfere with two days delivery with extra charge. Arrived two weeks later try to contact the business with no answer. Camera video is very bad. Battery does not last long 30 minutes full charge. Bad communication from China That does not answer back for return. Lost my money.

They claim I've accepted newsletter, however the story is somewhat different.
This appears to a new "version" of and by TomTop - a site I cannot recommend shopping at.
And as I've never visited camfere, they have got by email from TomTop, which is clearly visible when unsubscribing (tomtopspread.com / Unsubsc...).
WARNING: I cannot recommend shopping at neither TomTop nor Camfere as they are one and the same.
