SUCH A WASTE OF $150
SUCH A WASTE OF $150. Brought two pieces of their jewellery with the understanding it’s high quality. The bracelet I ordered was two small, despite me being a slender person. I reached out twice (via their returns) to try and return it. The first time I got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24hrs, but never heard back and same the second time. I do however get emails everyday with them trying to get me to buy more of their things, which is VERY FRUSTRATING.
The second piece of jewellery for the most part fitted me (dispute them being slightly to big for my ears) I actually still really liked them. However, after two/three weeks of wearing them everyday one of the Huggies hoop clasps have been bent out of shape, so it’s hard to get them to clasp around and I have to bend the shape of the metal to get them to clip closed.
I don’t do any contact sport or anything, the most possible explanation is it has happened from me sleeping on my side. - Since they are all about advertising their products quality I thought the actual quality of their product would live up to the hype - shouldn’t of believed them, they just want your money.

Nightmare return
The customer service has been appalling! Been trying to arrange a return for 2 weeks and absolutely no communication from them. How can you expect customers to return items in your time frame if you don’t respond to your own processes.

TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Was disappointed when I received the items.
Stated in their site Sterling Silver. But there are NO sterling silver stamps on any of the pieces that they clam are. They should have a stamp to prove authenticity.
When I asked they told me to send photos of the problem.
How ridiculous as I provided my order numbers and all relevant information. NO RESPONSE. Would not purchase again.

I did not purchase any GOLD pieces all items were silver. I provided you with my order number and ALL details previously. Your response seems like something that is pre written to unsatisfied customers and just altered to match.
I am far from happy with any of my purchases from you as your advertising is totally false.
I have purchased elsewhere at cheaper prices and have received far better quality and true to what is advertised.
Have had items checked and out of all the items we received which stated STERLING SILVER not one item is. 2 items in particular can be purchased from a jewelry shop for just under half price of each item.
They should be shut down.
I want nothing more to do with this company as they are just scammers making false claims... don't listen to their excuses as they seem to have so many.

Product replacement
I recently purchased the ‘Eternity Infinite Solitaire Bracelet’ and unfortunately, after only three weeks, the bracelet broke and a gem stone fell out. It was disappointing, especially considering how little time I had owned it, and it did make me question the quality at first.
However, I have to genuinely commend the customer service team at Camile & Stone, especially Ellie, who assisted me throughout the process. She was kind, professional, and understanding, and quickly acknowledged that it was likely a manufacturing fault. I was given several options to resolve the issue — receive the same item again, swap it for something different, or choose a 100% store credit refund. I really appreciated being given a choice.
I decided on a replacement of the same bracelet, and it was organised straight away with no hassle. The entire process was smooth and reassuring.
While it’s never ideal for jewellery to break so soon after purchase, I truly appreciate how efficiently and thoughtfully the issue was handled. That level of customer service really makes a difference.

If I could give negative stars I would. Typing thier .com URL redirects me to camileandstone.nz so I assume they're the same. Maybe it's a scam but they had Afterpay so I stupidly thought it was safe. I bought a pair of earrings on Jan 22nd, got the emails and a tracking number with DHL but the parcel never arrived at DHL so they couldn't do anything about it. I've emailed their email address multiple times with no response. Raised a dispute with Afterpay (I've already paid the thing off) with no resolution. Do not trust!

Reliable and responsive customer service
After my necklace broke the team offered me a replacement or to select another item free of charge. Communication was swift and new item was received very quickly. Thank you so much, love the products and so glad I have a new one to wear.
Tarnished and lacking customer support.
Ordered two bracelets, one has discoloured within a week, metal looks cheap and not nice, have contacted twice looking for assistance but no response so far. So disappointed because the other bracelet is fine but this was a birthday gift and she's not very happy.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, and beautiful jewellery. The team has gone above and beyond to help fix a faulty item without even being asked! Really impressed with both the product and the customer service.
Poor Customer Service
I ordered from their website on 14 December as a last minute Xmas gift based off them advertising it leaving the warehouse within one day. I also paid extra to rush the order. The order didn’t leave the warehouse until 23 December and finally arrived at the post office for collection another two weeks later. Will never order from them again. I sent repeated emails and although they would eventually respond, their responses were not any help. They did PM me further to a post I made on Facebook but I had already tried emailing them more than once so kept referring the back to my emails. I would absolutely NOT recommend Camile And Stone. I get they cannot control AusPost but they do control their sales and customer service which was the issue.

Lack of integrity.
Do not purchase! I bought a number of pairs of earrings during their sales period and didn’t receive one pair - they so clearly didn’t bother to notify that it was out of stock, even though it was in stock when I purchased. The packaging I received would not have fit that final pair of earrings, so this tells me they were never going to send them!! So were they just hoping I wouldn’t notice and they’d get my money for free?
Extreme lack of integrity, and disgraceful dishonesty with what’s going on. Offered a $30 voucher to which I asked to be applied to the earrings I hadn’t received yet. There were at least 3 emails where Ellie asked me if I wanted to wait til the earrings were back in stock. I said yes each time but she hasn’t sent me the earrings! Then she had the audacity to ask me to pay for them again and would generate a new invoice. NO! Send me the earrings and I’ll pay the difference with the voucher applied. She refunded me when I asked to only be refunded the voucher amount, and for her to send me the earrings!! Absolutely not worth it and we’ve just ended up back at square 1 where I’m a disappointed customer, without my earrings I ordered, and they couldn’t really care less. Do not buy from this business, the fuss is not worth it.
