We saw a gap in the market for affordable finer jewellery and were inspired to build a brand that was accessible and affordable for all. These include everyday classics, personalised custom letter jewellery. We wanted to celebrate women by making them feel individual and confident every day. Camile and Stone designs jewellery that empowers, uplifts and endures. Our range includes necklaces, earrings, and rings bracelets, ranging from 18k Gold Vermeil, Sterling Silver, 18k Rose Gold Vermeil and solid gold pieces. Sustainably sourced materials including natural gemstones, diamonds, moissanite and pearls. Great service !

Great service as I had a problem with one of my pieces and they were able to sort it for me - very happy with the outcome .

I will say be patient as it does take a while between replies to emails .
They eventually will get back to you :)

Love their jewellery

Love their jewellery! This is my second time purchasing with them and once again I’m surprised by the quality and beauty of their products. You can tell that they are high quality and made with care, making them durable. Already eyeing off my next purchase!

Disappointed

I ordered a freshwater pearls and metal bracelet. When I received it the gold part of the bracelet was a tarnished orange colour NOT like photos or description at all. Very poor quality. I sent two emails to Camille and Stone and did not receive a reply. Disappointing customer service and product.

Helpful Customer Service

I ordered a moissanite ring and had it delivered but it was too large, so I ordered another smaller size to click and collect the next day. I returned the larger ring to the same drop off point and she processed a refund very quickly. I'm so happy with the ring and their customer service is excellent! 😊

Customer service

I needed to exchange 2 rings to different sizes, Camille & Stone made it so way to deal with the process was a breeze. Quick responses via email with simple clear instructions to follow. I will definitely be purchasing from Camille & Stone again and again and again. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

They mess up and do not fix it

They made a mistake and sent the first package to Australia and not the US.

They tried to reship and I told them before reshipping that I put the incorrect house number and told them the correct one. No response for a week. So I told them again. They said, “sorry, we already shipped it. You can fix it once it gets to the states”. My order never made it to the US

Now they won’t respond to my inquiries so I asked for a refund. That is going ignored too. Camille and Stone has the worst service of any online store I’ve purchased from. Beware before buying from them.

Edit: Camille and Stone replied below and I reached out to them. They still haven’t responded back.

2nd edit: Camille and Stone still didn’t reply to me. Their message below is just for show.

Very generous and positive experience

I had emailed through a concern in regards to my order.
I was given a prompt response considering it was during the festive season (high volume of emails would have been going to the company)
My concerns where heard and where addressed with a very generous outcome.
This experience has been wonderful and stress free.

Staggering poor service, do not use this company

I ordered an initial necklace for my sister on 12th December as a Christmas present. It is the 7th of January and it still has not arrived. My tracking information has not been updated since 30th December and, despite multiple attempts to contact the company through multiple channels, they are not responding. Is anyone able to offer advice as to how I proceed?

I received 2 necklaces one was perfect the other the S is backwards
The reply after many emails to them has been disappointing and very delayed this is a gift which I need replaced ASAP but they do not get back to any emails I send
