Still waiting for orders since March. I have emailed them repeatedly about this order. Interestingly enough, they have somehow managed to recall all of our correspondence. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Disappointed. Awaiting orders from March and April. Getting increasingly concerned this company is a scam. Customer service slow to respond. Will be reporting to trading standards and taking further action if I don’t receive an update or full refund imminently.

I wrote a review originally on 25 June 2024 in relation to a pair of shoes that fell apart after one wear. I was sent a replacement pair even though I had argued I was entitled to a refund. I did not want a replacement pair because it was clear that the quality of the shoes was poor. As expected, after only a few more wears the entire sole has fallen off. Do not spend your money here whatever you do.

I ordered some shoes, which arrived in perfect condition. After the second wearing of them the feature bow became unattached so I contacted them and was told they were sold as a Sample and so nothing could be done. As per Consumer Rights act it does not matter, as the shoe did not last and therefore should have been repaired. I did contact Trading Standards and they were helpful in confirming these details - No communication back but not surprised with the general feedback. A sample product may come with defects but should also be fit for purpose. Lovely shoes but shocking service that does not comply with the UK trading laws.

Wonderful shoes but shocking customer service! I placed a pre-order in September for delivery 24th October. The shoes didn’t arrive and nor did any communication about late delivery. I contacted customer services in late Nov to be told they would be sent out the following week … again no shoes and no communication…. Had to chase 4 more times, each time I was told they were to be sent out the following week … actually arrived December 23rd ! It would have been good to get regular updates and an apology !!! This is my 7th pair of CE shoes but I will think twice before ordering again !

I absolutely love Camilla Elphick shoes and have four pairs! My favourite at the moment are the lover flats which are really comfortable, durable, and really stylish. I love them with tights, bare legs and jeans. I have a pair of white Alicia's which I've worn to so many weddings and have been so useful. I'm not very good at wearing heels so these shoes with roughly two inches give a nice little bit of lift and make your legs and feet look so elegant. Even though I said that I'm not very good in high heels I do have a pair of 4 inch stilettos from an old collection that I find very comfortable and have been my party shoes for almost ten years! I'm always excited to see what collection will come out next and will definitely treat myself to more.

Beautifully made, comfortable and FUN shoes! Wear black Lover flats or tan and black Alicia nearly everyday at the office. Super chic and they fit my personality but are also still appropriate and professional at my corporate office. Jasmine platforms are the most comfortable heel and the only ones I will wear now. Also super speedy shipping! Your feet will thank you! Win all around.

Always a smile on my face when my shoes arrive from Camilla, I have many pairs! Super comfortable and the quality makes them last. The jasmine heels are my fav, I also own Natalie and Alicia as well as my super chilled sneakers, which I always get compliments from others. During the summer I purchased Phoebe and Lauren sunglasses! so trendy and they go with all my outfits. Camilla elphick products are unique and elegant, they look and feel amazing. Don’t forget the speedy delivery!!!! 10/10 happy customer always

My favourite shoe brand ever. I’ve ordered from Camilla Elphick for years and years and have about 15 pairs of shoes and I still love them all.
The snow boots and the sneakers are my favourites, so comfortable I wear them on rotation everyday.
I even got my Matilda shoes for my wedding which were a dream as I was able to dance all night in them. They even had matching kids sandals that my bridesmaid wore. Just the best brand ever I’m so glad I found them!

Ordered a pair of shoes on 13 Oct. Its 30 Oct today and haven't heard any updates; when checking the delivery tracker, the item hasn't even been placed with the delivery partner for dispatch. Tried calling - no one picks up. Tried messaging via the website chat, no one answers. Tried emailing. Took my payment and silence - is Camila Elphick a scam?

Having to chase 3 times for a refund, online chat not replying and no email reply when promised.
Will never purchase from them again.

Awful experience with refunds. They do not process refunds within the stated 20 days. Have had to chase and chase, and still the refund is ‘pending’ which PayPal states is when the sellers bank hasn’t released the funds. Going to report to Trading Standards. So disappointing, as would have loved to be satisfied with purchasing from here.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure this company is to deal with . Quick delivery and the shoes are gorgeous - expensive but well worth it . Well done !

Shoes look great but the quality is dreadful, as is the customer service.
I bought a pair of shoes & wore them once & the strap broke off when wearing them, i then returned them for a different shoe & again the first time wearing them the suede on the back of the heel tore!

The shoes look great but the quality is terrible. I wore them once and the leather ripped in two different places, its like paper. I asked for a refund - which i should be entitled to under trades description act - but I was refused. Customer service is terrible - the women i spoke to was so awful i couldnt be bothered arguing. Be careful about buying as you wont get a refund if you also receive faulty items

I thought I’d write a review because I’ve been so impressed with this brand of shoe and accessories. So far I have had two belts and two pairs of shoes the classic Alicia and savannah sandal. I have also two more pairs on their way. The craftsmanship is just superb and the pretty buckling detail is just ever so pretty, dainty and elegant. The pearls uplift your outfit and give a sophisticated edge, for either formal or informal occasions. I have to also comment on the comfort of the shoes. Who doesn’t love a comfy shoe! It’s rare to find elegance and comfort in footwear but this brand has achieved it. I really can’t praise enough. Plus the brand is British and I’m proud to support a British small business. I haven’t had to return anything as yet but I have had to call customer services on two occasions. Both the calls were answered immediately. My issues resolved immediately. I can’t comment on other people’s experience. However given how easy I found it to contact CE on two separate occasions I find it difficult to believe that anyone would find it hard to get hold of them if needed. Furthermore, this is a small business and I am certain they will go above and beyond to rectify issues. If you are considering purchasing from this brand I am certain you will be exceptionally happy you did. (I must also mention the phenomenal value for money!)

Terrible customer service. They don’t reply to emails (I sent 2 a week ago) and do not send pre ordered items on the date specified. They also don’t contact you if there’s an issue or delay with your order. They just have 0 customer service presence

Make sure they are the shoes you want as a month on and still no refund!!!!!
