Product can be shopped in any any other online websites, elements which can make difference for me as a costomer are price, brand, quality, webpage costomer friendly, retern policy, payment flexibility, shopping costs, customer satisfaction feedback. I can say you are far from basics. It has been stressful journey shopping with you, as a result of my return item on purchase of 3 items. I assume you will provide me as costomer with more better service as the your market price competition is almost the same with other competitors but unfortunately it wasn't the worst experience online shopping i ever had, due to your delay and blank time space with costomer. I cancelled one order completely and yhe next one I returned one of 3 items on my order which was the cheapest and smallest, and i personally went beyond your company return expectations and consider well being, cost, logistic of return item. Yet you charger me 79 kr extra for return item. I think now i have enough experience with your low quality return policy without considering your costomer satisfactory and beneficial. I Would not like to return on your website but i felt responsible to inform you about my dissatisfaction. I had my 3ed order delivery but there are many obligations as well. Kindly appreciate for the experience.

I was very pleased with my order when I got it however the delivery was several days later than the planned delivery date. I wish that Campadre would have contacted me to inform me of the delay instead of me having to contact them, wondering when my order would be coming. One of the items I ordered was a surprise for my daughters graduation and I wasn't able to give it to her as planned.

I’m satisfied with products, but not delivery. I bought 2 things and they send it in 2 different packages and in 2 different days. I needed to drive to the post office 2 times- I live far away from the city. I don’t want to think what would It be, if I buy more products.

It almost always has delays in delivery from long before the Corona situation. It's also pretty expensive for return. It's not that uncommon that many products look significantly worse in reality than on pictures. A good aspect is that they have some nice products
