return shipment

I sent my alternator back within two weeks of delivery. I have not received an email reply regarding the status of my refund. Now about 4 weeks have passed, no reaction and also a refund.
Avoid ordering from this company.

Very poor customer service

I ordered a part on Monday. Their system did not email me a confirmation. I sent an email a couple days later and no response. I tried to call the phone number and it seems the number on their website is no longer correct. It is now a week later and I do not know what to do. It seems to be very poor customer service.

I don't know if it is related to this posting, but they've just returned my money and cancelled the order.

Most likely the worst purchasing experience I've ever had

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would have done that instead. This purchase has been a total waste of time. 3 weeks to be specific.

It all started out when I purchased a starter. It was shipped out 5 days later, but I never received a tracking number... No big deal I thought, I'll just wait for it to arrive. It only had to travel from Germany to Denmark.

Almost a week goes by and still no starter, so I write them an email. Another email. And another... A total of 13 failed calls also happened in between those 3 emails, yet still no sign of life what so ever.

So now almost 2 weeks have gone by since they claimed to have shipped the starter and still no response or starter in sight, so I go ahead and open a dispute through PayPal. Some days later, I receive a response on my email with just a picture of the tracking details. Not even a single word.

The tracking shows that the package has been stuck with the same status for the past 2 weeks. Great...

I guess PayPal saw that as well and decided to give me a full refund no questions asked, because that's what happened. Upon receiving the tracking number, I contacted the postal service, who declared the package lost after a few days of searching.

At this point, I've just moved on because I got my money back. It's been 5 days since I received the refund, yet I still haven't heard a single word from the seller. I even wrote them an email shortly after they sent the tracking. It honestly seems very weird to me because they've basically just lost 325 euro.

So that wraps up my experience. Best advice I'd give, is to just stay away from them.
If you're ever gonna shop with them, please pay with PayPal and make sure you're not in a hurry :)
