No hassle refund.
Bought an item that was delivered quickly but that I couldn’t use in the end. The company was really friendly when I contacted them about a refund (even though there was nothing wrong with the item) and arranged the refund with no problem. Very happy that there was no hassle or bother. Thank you.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I ordered the wrong side sink cover. A trip was imminent so ordered the correct side ASAP. Then called to see if I could return the wrong part. Such a friendly lady advised I return part and would then get a refund.
24 hours from conversation new part fitted and money refunded. I will definitely use this company in future.
