Looking Beyond a Handful of Reviews
We’re proud to have fulfilled hundreds of thousands of orders, and the overwhelming majority of our customers have had a positive experience with us. When you look at the small handful of negative reviews in that context, it represents a very high level of customer satisfaction overall.
We always aim to provide the best possible service. This includes keeping customers fully informed about their orders, with shipping that is typically next working day within the UK. We send regular updates via email, although unfortunately we can’t control whether these are read or end up in spam folders.
Like any business operating at scale, occasional issues can arise, and sometimes expectations may not align with the service outlined at the point of purchase. That said, we always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
We believe it’s important for customers to consider the full picture. A very small percentage of reviews does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of people we serve every day.
We remain committed to providing reliable service, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
On that note I would like to point out that Trust Pilot itself has worst reviews than any company on it! It’s a scam to make companies fear bad reviews and have to pay a subscription.
