Not as advertised
The grill grates are not the advertised size, nor is the grill surface split 50/50 flat and ridged as shown in the pictures. One full side is ridged (end to end, not diagonally), and the other side is completely flat. The product also has protruding corners, instead of rounded ones as shown in the images.

Terrible service trailer delivered late…
Terrible service trailer delivered late with broken fridge and Air-Conditioner not working. Air-Conditioner still not fixed over a year now! They never answer emails or their phone. Please run away from this business save your money and go somewhere else! Talking to other customers and they all seem to have the same terrible experience.

Maxxfann, slight delay
Hello,
I ordered the maxxfann roof vindow and it went all well. Only 4 star because of three days delay and "no information period" between order placing/payment and despatch date. Transportation time was only three days from Sweden to Finland, as expected, eventually everything is ok.
Payment method via Klarna should have optional routes available as Klarna is not trusted in payments security, too many bad examples of leaked information and fished details of payment. Not good, in fact this is reason why I haven't order anything since the roof window. Would need to but these kind of issues with payment insecurities are pretty heavy reasons nowadays.
