one of the items was damaged. I couldnt just send it back, because I had taken off the ticket when I noticed it. I wrote an email describing the damage, which I didn’t get an answer on for 2 weeks. I wrote a second time and still nothing. The damage on the item is already getting worse and almost cant wear it, less than a month after buying it. A better and faster response for customer service is urgently needed here. 2 stars cuz there was a second item in my order and everything went as it should

Worst customer service ever!
Ordered a premium SUP by Fanatic, the board was delivered with a leaking air vent so I had to fix it during my holidays. Asked them (friendly) to replace the board because it is a production failure and they are obliged to do so. CAMPZ is not responding to my mails, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Buy at your local dealer or another trustworthy shop, but not there.
