Don't keep their inventory up to date. Takes days for them to let you know that they are cancelling your order. And even after doing that, they don't update their website and still have the item "available" for sale.

I send them an email but received no news at all. superexcellent customer service.
check on the link that they provided. And it was completely messed up. My package supposes to be arriving 3 days ago as stated but yeah, it is shown that my package hasn't arrived yet at the country destined. f##k I'm pissed.

Good products and customer support
Good website and products. Fast delivery and replies from the customer support also in case of questions concerning an item to be returned. The only thing I regret that it is not possible to exchange an item for instance in the wrong size but have to order and pay it again - if yo need it soon before being reimbursed for the returned item.
