Review Title: Extremely Disappointing – No Service, Demanding More Money
I paid $15.51 by Mastercard (Aug. 16, 2025) and $274.49 by e-transfer (Aug. 28, 2025) to Nuans Canada Online for a NUANS report. Despite their promises, nothing has been delivered. Instead, they asked me to pay an additional $90 that was never agreed upon.
This experience has wasted my time, delayed my business plans, and left me with no results. I have requested a refund of $290.00, but so far nothing has been done.
Be cautious — I strongly recommend dealing directly with the official government NUANS site or trusted providers.

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
Your order was completed and delivered within the promised timeframe. Our agent contacted you multiple times to advise that the business name you selected was very similar to existing registered names and therefore carried a high risk of rejection by Manitoba Government. Despite these clear warnings, you chose to proceed with the same name. As expected, the name was rejected by the government, which was beyond our control.
As explained, if you wish to try again with a different name, an additional fee applies, since a new name search and report must be prepared. This is standard procedure across all service providers.
We understand your frustration, but the outcome was not due to any failure on our part — rather, it resulted from proceeding against our professional advice.
Expedient Results Backed By Exceptional Service
