Ordered a magenta snail
I ordered a magenta snail for my wife. It arrived alive and is happy and booting around the tank. We live in Orangeville Ontario ups delivered it fine. Had to pay extra 6.00$ to have the little guy fly overnight on an airplane from Quebec. No issues we are happy. Thanks!

The product is good
The product is good. The shipping wasn't good 3 days late and left on my door step in -13°c weather, luckily everything seems to have survived. Overall happy but annoyed with shipping.

Snail Order

Won’t buy again sorry
The fish arrived looking fairly healthy although small. I was okay at first but the yellow started showing in the tail withen days. A little disappointed as blue is recessive and the yellow color will be difficult to breed out. The price was too much. I messaged Canada guppies with no reply back.
I ordered guppies from a different website and the fish I got were much larger, and better quality for a much lower price although I did have to pay shipping.
Canada guppies gave me 4 lower quality for 150$, aqua pets 100$ plus 5$ per fish= 10 quality fish. Hmmm

My order was not complete
My order was not complete! I ordered 23 snail and only received 20. 3 purple magenta mystery snails are definitely a mystery as they did not come with my order. I replied to the email that was sent to me so I could send a picture of what I received and show only the 20 I received & did not receive any response from canadian guppies. Disappointed
