Absolutely shocking company
Terrible company, customer support agent was incredbily rude i asked questions, and get spoken to like im an idiot and a child, i asked to speak to someone else and got told that the lady is the only person on customer support, which is a lie as i spoke to a gentleman earlier in the day.
when i spoke she shouted over me and would not let me speak.
i answered some questions on the phone to see if i was eligible turns out that is a charged service of nearly 400 dollars. They also charge in USD not CAD so they can steal even more money.
never was i made aware that these questions were chargable, i thought i was paying to move forward with the next step, after reading the reviews i didnt want to proceed with this company, and i was told i cannot be refunded as it was for the initial questionaire.
do not give these people a single penny of your money.
I have provided additional information asked for below
My job title has been incorrectly labeled on the form, i am an alarm installation engineer, it was put on my form as an electrician to boost my points, if you listem back to the calls if they are recorded multiple times i stated i am not an electrician.
I know i wont get a refund as this company are frauds!
No wonder they have 0 positive reviews.

Complete scam and rude “employee”
Very incompetent and rude contact person could not provide me any justification of why she needs a copy of my passport and other personal information, when I asked for an ICCRC or any legit identification, she didn’t even know how to reply. Embarrassing for them 🙂

CC details, very rude
After we went through some personal information a lady asked me about my credit card details and it was a red light for me, I asked whether is it safe to give all the details by the phone, she get angry but tried to convince me about all the safety issues. When I asked her to contact them some time in the future she told that this is the only time when I'm able to get through the application and without the payment she will never contact me again. What a blst. I told her I'm not ready for the payment, she got angry and told me it was waist of time...mike drop.

Didn't complete the application cause of a pay wall, thought that was it! First get a mail from a Logan person letting me know app not complete, no problem, that is normal this morning a Sunday I get 5 calls in a row from people I don't know, decide to pick up number 5.
Super rude female on the other side telling me it's ok to call on a Sunday morning since I filled in my info! No sorry sir I will contact you in the week or Monday maybe, just hangs up but the calls stopped.
Avoid at all costs the emblem on the mail also matches the one above!

Do not go with this company
Do not go with this company.
Unfortunately I've paid £1,000 into the application, with £800 left to go. I grown very skeptic and asked for my application to be on hold. They called me and basically threatened me, saying i'll never have this oppurtunity again and that I'm silly not to conintue. I said i'd rather trust me gut and go through the official canadian website, the operator named Tim just said Whatever, bye" and hung up on me.
Definetley not a proffessional company. Do not bother!

AVOID this company at all costs.
AVOID this company at all costs.
They called me and made out as though they would be assisting me with an application and able to do all the steps.
Not one was it disclosed that all they do is an "assessment" which you can basically do online for free with a calculator.
They charged $400 and made out as though I am an excellent candidate and they would be assisting me in getting the visa and this is fee is associated with that.
Turns out, all you get is an automated report with not much useful information.
I then phoned to query what else I'd be getting for the amount that was charged, and the most hostile, rude and defensive (legal representative), Charlotte Baker, then proceeded to tell me that it's not their fault that it's my fault I was lead to believe they were creating an actual application with the government when all they were referring to is an application for them to do an assessment? And I should of asked more questions.
She spoke over me and yelled at me constantly, and when I asked her if I could speak to a supervisor she said she won't be allowing me that and she makes the decisions and what she's telling me is final and that I am at fault for their lack of disclosure.

Run away from these people
Run away from these people. They will call you and ask few questions and then ask for payment to process your application in my case £1,500. And once you can’t pay this they get angry lol.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Avoid.
They purport to qualify you on the phone and then want £389 to proceed with the case. The girl became very aggressive when I wanted to review information and contact her again later. The case "would have to be closed" and she refused to send me anything until "the case was created" i.e., I had paid.
I did some research, the Canadian government website is very clear in warning of fraudsters who require money up front. It states no-one should require any payment prior to provision of application forms.
The caller from Canada IMS also would not confirm anything on fees - legal or government, which is unusual. There are standard fees applicable to everyone, and then some variables. Legit immigration firms will be open about this. Additionally, before anything proceeds, an engagement letter would be sent by the firm, itemising the process, and potential fees. This would need to be agreed, signed, and returned prior to any payments. This a total scam.
Edit: Per reply below. What nonsense that I was not their potential client. I have provided the additional info requested through Trust Pilot (Case no., Name, Phone). Both canada2036 and scamadvisor advise caution with this website.
