Sorry about your transaction taking so long to complete, we do apologise. We sent it with what should have been an adequate mining fee but the the fee surged after completing your order. typically we send with a fee so it should be picked up within two blocks. We would never want one of our clients to wait two days for their transaction to be picked up by the blockchain.
We do offer lighting bitcoin transactions, but you did not use a lighting wallet address, you sent to a normal bitcoin wallet.
We are also looking at adding a way that we can boost/push through a transaction which is stuck due to a low mining fee so we do not have this issue happen in the future.
