It took much too long to get my order filled. When I first placed my order for a refill the system would not accept it. I had to phone to find out that it was not filled because it was out of stock. I kept trying to place the order for weeks. Finally, it was accepted but I was told that I needed a new prescription. My doctor faxed it to you, but it could not be found. Dr. had to fax another.
It took forever to get any shipping information. Took months from when I initially placed order until I received it. Fred Forte

Ordered 180 day supply as per prescription. For some reason order was reduced to 90 day supply. Can live this but to date no refund was received.

It was way too long between placing my order and getting the payment link; then way too long again until it was actually shipped. PLEASE CUT DOWNT HIS CYCLE TIME!

In july 2025 I ordered the delivery of tablets. After payment I got the following email: "We just got a notification from our dispensing facility in the UK that they no longer accept foreign prescriptions. They need a prescription that is issued and written by a US prescriber". Because I'm not an inhabitant of the USA it's rather impossible to get such a prescription, so I asked my money back. Nothing happened. On my reclamation in februar 2025 I got the following message: "We have escalated this refund request to the appropriate department for further review. We sincerely apologize for the delay, as it appears the matter may have been unintentionally overlooked.
We'll get back to you as soon as we receive an update."
Nothinh happened. My last email on this issue wasn't answered anymore. Very bad practice.

The price!!!! 3 month supply of generic Eliquis for $47? Can in no way be beat. Thank You!!!
