Pathetic

Pathetic. I ordered 5 covid tests off of here on December 12 expecting to receive them before Christmas as I'm headed down to the USA and need negative test so I was going to get my family tested to be on the safe side. Now I canceled these Christmas plans as these tests weren't even sent out of ontario until, oh yes December 22nd. (Expected date currently on December 30th to arrive). Classic I won't use them again or support them. They then have the audacity to put on the site that they can't guarantee delivery before christmas from December 15 and on lol. They couldn't even be bothered to get it shipped to even give it any chance of showing up on time. Pathetically bad 👎
