Great assistance, not clear at first
The offers are great, I found it a little confusing at first so I didn't immediately go through with the order. Some information was not clear, so I reached out to get assistance and Kunal was able to assist me with patience at my many questions. Now I only have to wait till I get there but for now I was treated well and it's a good plan.

Website's got a glitch at the payment page and does not load, despite filling out the form several times on different devices and browser.
It is frustrating and a waste of time.

Not very impressed with her service heard about them did everything that they required sent it and then ended up getting agents stating that they needed more information did everything that the agent required and did they emailed me this morning at 4:59 Eastern Time stating that my sim would be activated and a QR code would be sent by via email it is now 9:38 p.m. Pacific time and still absolutely no service I've been getting the lead around run around for the last past 5 days sending them important documents my personal documents as well as my personal ID and still absolutely no service I called multiple times left messages and not once I ever got a call back or an email I think it's a waste of time anybody that wants to inquire about this service I would think twice before doing

The Esim worked great. I was able to activate it the moment I arrived in Canada.
The customer service was fantastic. Sales exec Sachin answered all of my questions completely and quickly. I felt very secure that if I had any issues they would be immediately addressed. I didn't have any problems at all. Very happy with Canadiansim.

Spam on email and phone number
I went through most of the purchase process to see if there were any hidden fees, but did not end up finishing it. In the process, they asked for my phone number and email. I never clearly agreed to be contacted nor had an option to unselect it.
They proceeded to send me garbage by email ("you forgot to finish your order, are you suuuure you don't want to give us money?") and via Whatsapp. The email had an unsubscribe link at the bottom, so I unsubscribed from both email and phone contact and blocked the email and Whatsapp number.
The next day, they are now again sending me emails and Whatsapp messages from DIFFERENT sender email and phone numbers. This time, the email has no unsubscribe button. I've reported both as spam.
I did not end up finishing my order, but just from this experience alone, they are not a trustworthy company at all.
