My order was never filled. They sent me a request, about the time they should have sent the plant, asking for a copy of the order confirmation. I sent it but never heard from them again.

I am giving zero star for these thiefs. They took our $220 and we have never seen the tree we ordered. I have contacted them numerous time and I have never received a response from them. I hope justice will be served for these discussing people who conned all of us.

I ordered 4 or 5 lilac bushes for around $ 120.00 last year, did not receive them and did not get any responses to my demand for a refund. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.. they deserve to close down!

I made an order March 30/2025 of over $150 for a variety of plant . To this date June 12 , 2025 I have not received any product.
This company is a total scam .

My story is the same a many, put in orderJune 2024 for $200, (have proof), at first given excuse about next season delivery, then totally ignored. They have my money, I got nothing for it. But...to add insult to injury, they are spamming my email with weekly with offers. They scam and now spam...! I want to forget and they rub it in my face!! How are they still around? How can we bring them down???

Do not order from this company. They have stiffed hundreds of people on orders - they simply keep the money and then keep customers in a never ending loop of frustration. Not to be trusted.

Placed an order on May 26, 2025 which was confirmed and my credit card was charged. Was not shipped in their summer or fall shipments. Still have not received my order as of February 2025. Requests for shipping date hav not gotten response.

I would give 0 starts if I could, and trigger a financial investigation.
I placed my order for 5 plants in January 2023 ($220.35 value). I emailed on Sept 20, 2023 when not received, and again on Dec 29, 2023 when it did not arrive in the shipping timeframe. I followed up again by email on January 26, 2024, all with no response. I engaged with their customer service on chat in the Spring 2024, and was told that it would ship in the summer. As of January 6, 2025, I have had no update from the company, or shipment of plants.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND RARELY SHIP ANYTHING. When they do manage to ship something it is usually either not what was ordered or very poor quality. They are impossible to reach. No Phone number, no email just an automated chat that goes nowhere. Do not waste your time with these crooks.

|I placed an order in the spring of 2024. It did not arrive on dates given, so I inquired as to whereabouts. I was told there were delays due to the heatwave and it would arrive in the fall. I have seen nothing. I have repeatedly contacted them asking for my order and then asking for a refund. I have never heard a word back! I lost over $100. Never never do business with this company!

Ordered in June 2024 for the amount of $196 and still not received my order. Tried to communicate with "customer service" but without success, there is no phone number, nor email address where to communicate with them. If someone has a link where to communicate with customer service, please provide, it will be greatly appreciated. My Mac pc notified me not to enter into their website because it is a fraud..... I am starting to believe it is a scam unless proven wrong.

Have placed three orders. One was delivered - 2 subsequent ones have never arrived and repeated requests for information on why, when and (finally) request for a refund have been ignored!
