clean RV
This was my third time renting the RV and we enjoy using Canadream RV. this time we rented with linen/utensil which was convenient and clean. only one thing I would like to address is the capacity of battery. it didn't last overnight. the voltage lowered regardless of efforts of preserving the energy which wasn't experienced before. I hope Canadream send different promotions much often.

Accomodating, great experience
Pick up process was quick and they gave us one free linen kit that we forgot to book.
Visited Jasper, Banff, Lake Louise, Yoho and went all the way to Vancouver.
We're thinking of doing this again next year.

Nisku location (Edmonton AB)
The staff at our Nisku location were very helpful, and accommodating! (We requested a ‘walk around bed unit) because of our senior age, and they found an ‘older’ unit for us to rent.

Very knowledgeable staff and people who are genuinely there to make sure that you have a great RV vacation. The check-in and check out process was incredibly streamlined.
The only issue I personally had was with how their liability coverage works and if you dont buy one of their reduction packages (billed per night), they do actually charge your card for 5k instead of simply putting a hold on it, so depending when you car going on vacation and have that card charged, it potentially will be due on your bill (but refunded if checkout goes all good). I did know this before hand though so I was aware and made sure our trip was well within a window where it wouldn't be due as a payment on my bill

Honestly you do well on the rental fee, make an effort to ensure the vehicle is fully equipped and secure for the rental.

Great vehicle
Great vehicle, easy pickup and take-off. Only issue we had, after paying extra for the drop & go package, they told us it wasn't clean enough for that. We didn't leave it a mess, it was a 5-10 minute sweep of the floor. Not a big deal, but when you pay for drop & go, you expect to be able to just drop...and go.

The truck camper served us very well as a couple travelling across different campgrounds in the Rockies. Strong engine for hills and winds. Comfortable bed. Well made with solid wood cupboards. The tanks did need emptying every 2-3 days even with us using campground facilities mostly. Great service on both the pickup and drop off.

Product and staff were great, but there was an unexpected charge.
Product and staff were great.
Only complaint was lack of clarity during the booking process in regards to the "Northern Surcharge".
Was not made aware of it until the check in process a few days before pickup.
This surprise equated to a 60% increase in my original cost.
I booked completely online so perhaps having talked to an agent before hand this may have come up.

RV came fully equipped with the extras…
RV came fully equipped with the extras we asked for, kitchen kit, bedding kits, toaster, coffee maker.
RV was clean and everything worked except the coffee maker and they said they would have replaced or re-funded the cost. Pick up and delivery went smoothly
Overall was a fun experience for our family and would rent from them again.
