Everybody was great to deal with and we were very happy with the RV and the service from the staff.

Loved the service , it was amazing , the rentals are great ...had a great trip.

Staff was helpful and they prepared the vehicle immaculately.

1) My husband and I had reserved a 27' motor home for 25 nights Sept. 16 to Oct. 11. However on arrival we found we had been assigned a 31' rig due to unspecified mechanical issues. We emphatically did not want the larger unit. The staff seemed to think this was an 'upgrade' and were not sympathetic to our displeasure at the increased size. Initially we were offered a complete refund, which would have left us stranded as we had flown from BC with a detailed itinerary and numerous reservations. We asked for a refund of the difference in cost between the 27' and 31' in recognition of the hassle. After about 1.5 hr. the site manager reached his superior in Calgary and a final offer of a $500 refund for the 31' rig, or (again) the complete refund. Essentially "go big or go home". While we appreciate that a smaller unit was apparently just not available, it was the attitude of the staff and the inadequate remuneration that affected our experience negatively. Many times on our trip we were frustrated with the increased motorhome size.
2) We were not satisfied with the "add-on" system (price-gouging) at CanaDreams. When you rent a hotel/motel room with a kitchenette, it comes outfitted with a set of dishes, utensils and cookware for at least 4 people, the bathroom is outfitted with 2 sets of towels, and the bed with linens. Your motorhomes should come outfitted with these (and more) standards.
3) Even with a "Kitchen Kit" and "Linen Kit" add-on, in a rig that accommodates 6 people, we were provided only 2 bare minimum place settings. Items that were not provided and should be considered "standard" galley items include: a basin for washing dishes (in units with an over-sized kitchen sink), a rack or cloth to put wet dishes in/on, a waste bin, toaster, drip or Bodum-type coffee pot, tea pot. The Keurig-type coffee system could be an "upgrade" for an extra cost. Linens for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (that should be "standard" and included) were bare minimum in number. Towel racks or hooks were non-existent.

This was our first RV trip, and the experience was fantastic. The equipment inside the vehicle was all very useful. We were just unaware that most campgrounds in the eastern part of the country were closed, so we mostly slept at Walmart. The vehicle pick-up went smoothly. We hope to have the opportunity to use a CanaDream RV again in the future. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our trip with Canadream. The RV had everything we needed! We took our dog Sadie with us and she was a great travelling companion. We spent two weeks in Newfoundland, weather was great, leaves were so colourful. We had no problems at all! Great road trip!

We found a rental return deal from Halifax to Brampton. The pick up was quick and because we chose the various packages in advance it was all ready to go.
We had no issues with the vehicle at all during our 10 day return trip through the various provinces. Our only issue was finding open campsites as it was the end of tge camping season. Our return in Brampton was quick and no issues. Very polite staff in both places. The only thing we would do next tome is have another 34 foot Class C with a slide out bed.

We rented a Maxi Home RV to drive it from Halifax to Toronto. We ended up arriving a couple of hours early for pickup and the team at Halifax was happy to accommodate us. This gave us an early start to our adventure which is much appreciated!

People were very friendly at check in and drop off. Great professional service

All was good!! We really enjoyed the RV, and the freedom it gave us during our trip!!!

I was very disappointed not to receive the vehicle type I had reserved. I had reserved a van months in advance and ended up with a much larger vehicle. There were vans on site, I could see them, but I was told they were for other customers. I wasn't given a satisfactory explanation. This is not like a car rental agency, when one might get a mid-size sedan instead of an SUV: the type of vehicle matters.

RV was clean and bedding was good. Paid extra for the kitchen pack and garden chairs - we turned back for the chairs but found a couple of bits for the microwave/oven were missing once we were into our journey, which was a pain!

The exclusion of some basic items tainted the experience
Toilet brush, levelling blocks and even a level should surely be standard equipment ?

Excellent quality vans. Very efficient collection and drop off process. Friendly and helpful staff.

A new motorhome and everything worked great. Highlight: Huge freezer / microwave oven combined with air fryer !!

Returning the motorhome within minutes !

Expect to wait when picking up and dropping off. The times given are for their benefit not yours make sure you spend the extra money and buy the insurance, because they will try to rip you off when you bring it back. They are in the business of selling insurance, or charging customers for damage. If you don’t buy it, RV, we picked up was dirty, the slide would not work, and any reply from customer service is AI generated by a computer so don’t pay any attention to them if you have other option to rent for someone else I would highly recommend it.

We hired a RV for our holidays in Nova Scotia, Canada. The pick up and the drop off were fast and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The RV was clean and pretty nice.
We could really recommend Canadream!
