The RV we got was brand new and we really enjoyed our time exploring eastern Canada. When we had a minor issue with a water leak, their hotline was very responsive to support us.
Would recommend their services highly!

We received a faulty caravan. The caravan's operating battery was faulty, and throughout the entire trip we had no refrigerator and had to throw away the food we bought. In addition, there was a beeping sound from the refrigerator indicating a malfunction, disturbing our sleep at night. We took a picture of the message and reported it when we returned the caravan. The beeping started when we stopped for more than 10 minutes. The station manager in Halifax personally checked and said that there was indeed a malfunction, he saw that every time the water pump was turned on, the battery was drained. We are waiting for compensation for the emotional distress, and loss. We signed the report sent to you from Halifax. Thank you for your consideration, Yehuda.

This is the second year we've booked, and the reservation service is well thought out. We were able to return the RV a bit early and everything went smoothly. It's really an excellent way to discover North America.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with CanaDream for our RV pickup and drop off. Our original pickup window was scheduled between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but we weren't able to make it in time. I reached out to see if we could pick it up first thing the next morning instead, and the customer agents were incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make it happen. When we arrived, the entire pickup process was remarkably smooth, easy, and efficient. The facility was great, and the washrooms were perfectly clean. They were even able to provide us with a paid parking spot to leave our vehicle, which gave us immense peace of mind. The customer service agents were top-notch and genuine, even asking us all about our upcoming trip. Our 31-foot RV Saver 6 was practically brand new with only 1,500 km on it. While a 31-foot rig is a bit long, we had absolutely no issues handling it. I highly recommend this location for a smooth start to your road trip!
As for the RV itself, everything worked perfectly fine and we would give the unit a solid four out of five stars.
We had taken advantage of their relocation package from Montreal to Vancouver, and CanaDream completely honored everything they promised. They covered our travel and even provided an $800 fuel credit. To get the credit, we just had to email our receipts, fill out a form, and submit our info for a direct deposit. Even though it wasn't refunded directly back to the credit card, they committed to it and processed it exactly as promised, which worked out perfectly for us.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the thermostat for the heat, which was a bit finicky and would only work some of the time, whether we were running on electricity or LPG. The next thing to improve is to give guides a guest through of the RV without purchasing one to one tour. Infotainment system wasn’t the best. Apple car play/Android auto didn’t work properly. Be prepared for a bump drive as vehicle is long.
Aside from the few things, the trip was flawless. CanaDream stands by their word, and we would absolutely rent from them again!

Prices are very good. The staff is nice and their RV are 3 years old or less.

We picked up our Saver4 in Montreal on June 10, 2026.
The staff was super nice and really helpful. Everything went wonderfully, even though we showed up at the location a bit earlier than planned.

Just a few quick notes:

Even though a staff member was with us during pickup, it would still be great if a few more things could be explained or checked out together in person. Also, having the check-in record printed out or emailed to us—rather than just doing it on the tablet—would have been really helpful.

That way, we probably would have noticed right away that the monitor panels inside the camper weren't working properly. Plus, the grey water and black water tanks were already half full, and the propane tank was almost empty. But apart from that, it was an overall very new and totally reliable vehicle.

Otherwise, everything worked wonderfully during our 14-day trip.

We almost had a little mishap where we nearly locked ourselves out completely! The cab doors were locked. One of us was taking a shower, and the other stepped outside. The back camper door swung shut and locked itself.

By lucky chance, we managed to get back into the RV through an unlatched window. A little warning sticker inside the vehicle would be really helpful to prevent something like this from happening!

Dropping the camper off in Halifax went wonderfully and without a hitch.
The staff there was just as super friendly and lovely.

Our trip with CanaDream was amazing, and we will definitely do it again.

Great service, super vehicle! The only minor niggle - don't bother with the wifi router if you going into the country - there's no coverage.

We rented an RV for just over a week to make a trip to the Gaspé for my late wife's funeral, and honestly, it really provided us with a trip that was calming, tranquil, and therapeutic.

It was easy, problem-free, and the staff were great at both ends.

The pick up was done very quickly and with wonderful service.The RV rented was clean and almost new. The only negative comment is that the dishes are stored in a way that they move around. The cabinet door should have a lock so it doesn't fit open. As a new driver to a large RV, I would have appreciated a little heads up on how much the steering and control could be affected by wind and other vehicles on ten highway. Other than his, we lived the experience. Thank you

Very enjoyable two weeks in our Super Van Camper, collected from Montreal. Staff were helpful and efficient and could not fault the quality of the vehicle and the cleanliness.
As a suggestion, it would be helpful if vehicles could be provided with a full tank of fuel and then returned with a full tank (usual procedure in car hire) which would take away the challenge of trying to ‘guess’ a quarter of a tank prior to return.

I have been to different countries like Iceland, Norway and Scotland and rented RV’s. There was always stress and dissappointment. This is the 3rd time i deal witn Canadream and there is NO stress, NO problems and excellent service. Love Canadream

The fuel gauge display error. I put gas 50 dollars more. Canadream not gave me back.

I was the first to use this RV, so I felt very privileged to have a brand new unit. Unfortunately the TV was either not plugged in or broken, so I was unable to use it as I could not access the plug behind the panelling. The reversing camera was so blurred it was useless. The power sockets and microwave did not work when running off battery or 15amp, this was also inconvenient as I was doing quite a bit of free camping.
I did create a hole in one of the roof extraction fan sky lights and the staff at the Halifax branch were amazing in getting me back on the road, but could also not fix the above issues.
The unit was lovely and clean on pick up, but the crockery and glasses bouncing around in the cupboards was a little alarming.

The whole process from booking to return of vehicle was seamless. The help line personnel were exceptional.
