The vehicle was fine - but unfortunately the awning could not be used. the equipment in the camper (no toaster, few chemical tabs for the toilet for 4 adults, blunt knives, no wedges, unusable scissors etc.) was a clear loser compared to FRASERWAY Motorhome we used a week before - Vancouver to Calgary.

Easy to drive, super comfortable, perfect for a long tour. Excellent technical assistance, checkin and checkout. I didn’t have any problem with my RV but I’ve maintained contact with them to solve my doubts about the RV’s use.

It is just a very comfortable RV. Ours had a bathroom and toilet in the back which was pretty spacious and practical. You have a bit less windows with this configuration compared to the other MH-B but we liked it a lot. We still miss the wineglasses!!! but this time pans and cooking utensils were pretty much okay!

We were 3 adults in this RV; it was nice to have enough space. The slide out was helpful. Everything was clean and we liked to live 17 nights in it.

I am not satisfied with the condition in which the motorhome was delivered. The remote control did not work, the climate control system was noisy and did not heat properly when connected to a power source, either the generator or an external plug. The side awning was tied with zip ties, rendering it unusable. I don't believe a motorhome should be delivered in such a state. I did not complain earlier because I didn't notice most of these issues until I was already on the road.
