Efficient, professional and thorough enabling us to book with confidence every time. Only small issues are the lack of clarity over when you should book extra kilometre packages and could do with some extra china and cutlery as standard. Also had to negotiate for 2 pillows which was a bit unnecessary. However overall very good.

Great vehicle for a family of 4 trip of 2500km around BC and AB. Easy to drive and manoeuvre, quite noisy at highway speeds. Extremely comfy rear double bed, plenty bedroom space with sliders out. Overcab beds perfect for teenage kids. Goof kitchen and plenty of internal and external storage.

we rented this unit for a week long trip through the rockies. there were 4 of us, two adults, a 17-yr old and a 7-yr old. the unit was ready on time, clean, equipped as specified, fairly new and well maintained. the pick up and drop off was smooth. we had enough room, tons of storage, large washroom and sleeping was comfortable. the online videos and included documentation were more than adequate. minor complaints: can't level the RV and customer support was available when I called on the sunday I picked up the unit. not good if I had a real emergency.

mhb 28 rented very spacious beds and side walls can be extended for more space 4 beds simple disposal options for black (toilet) and gray water (shower and washing up) easy to drive despite the large camper simple connections for electricity and water clearly laid out car incl. camera for the rear consumes between 20 and 25 liters of petrol, depending on the terrain
