First time renting an RV. Even we were cooking every single meal over our 5 days trip, the propane lasted more than enough for our use :) I would definitely plan on more cooking next time.

We had a fantastic experience renting our RV in Canada. The vehicle was brand new, spotlessly clean, and everything functioned flawlessly. The kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances were in excellent working condition, making our trip both comfortable and convenient. The only downside—and unfortunately a significant one—was the new policy of providing the RV with only a 1/4 tank of fuel. This was not communicated to us in advance, and it’s a practice I’ve never encountered in any vehicle rental before. Typically, vehicles are provided with a full tank and returned full, which is straightforward and fair. This 1/4-tank policy feels misleading. In our case, we returned the RV with 3/4 of a tank, essentially giving away $120 worth of fuel. It came across as a tactic to take advantage of customers who, like us, were unaware of the policy and err on the side of caution by refueling more than necessary. Aside from this issue, everything else about the rental was perfect. We truly enjoyed the experience, but I hope the company reconsiders this fuel policy in the interest of fairness and transparency.
