10/10 Experience

Canapuff has it all, great quality, a lot of variety to choose from, and fast shipping. When I placed my order the estimated arrival date was the 21st, and sure enough it arrived on the 21st, no delays at all, im highlighting this because this surprised me as every time i order something its delayed. When my item arrived the quality was remarkable, and you can easily tell the difference from an average product. Honestly, if you need a reliable CBD store, canapuff is it

When i placed an order on this site...

When i placed an order on this site, i wasn’t expecting anything amazing, i was just curious to try their products, but i was pleasantly surprised by the results. I have trouble with sleeping and my appetite, but the 9H-HHC liquid helped me sleep better, eased my anxiety, and finally helped me eat normal amounts. Of course, you have to remember that different products can affect different people in different ways.

Another nice feature is that my first order got lost on its way to Ireland, and I was very upset by this, BUT the website’s customer support was very polite, and they reshipped my order completely for free. The website has a loyalty program where you can earn points and get a discount on your order, so that's great.

The only downside I could point out is that the liquid darkens inside the cartridge fairly quickly, so I recommend mixing it with regular e-liquid in a 50/50 ratio. This will give it a more pleasant taste, extend the life of your podsystem’s cartridge, and allow you to use the product more controlled since it’s quite strong.

Overall, I’m satisfied with both the products and the quality of service, and I’m very interested in trying their other products😌

Pretty good products but

the products are okay. thp420 and t9hc and thca and gummies i tried and they were good but the packaging and site just looks very unprofessional due to all the ai usage. some low effort photoshop work would look far better

I made an order on 27/4/2026 and…

I made an order on 27/4/2026 and shipped to Greece and my ordered reached Bulgaria on 29/4/2026, after around one week with 0 tracking updates I sent an email to the company asking for help. I ordered from them cause of the high reputation and because I am having very difficult situation, full of stress, and ordered one 95% pure CBD vape pen. paid 10 euro for shipping btw. Anyway, after around 10-15 days emailing back and forth I still got 0 help, only "we have to wait for the currier response before issuing a refund or a re shipment", wait for how long ? 10-15 days passed after you opened the "private investigation" with dpd, what else u wait ? anyway, I still haven't received either an email helping me or a refund/re shipment, NOTHING useful, just "We do our best" "We understand you" and it is 21/5/2026 at 11 at night, so officially 23 days after my package had its last update. Thank got I ordered through revoluta and asked their legal team to save me, My device STAY AWAY, awful customer support, awful prices (10 euro for shipping) and not helping at all.
I would upload screenshots but trusty pilot doesn't allow me to.

Update: they said on the email that they issued me a refund and they are sorry, no point, already got my refund due to revolut legal team taking action within a week, unlike your support which had me 3 weeks begging for a refund shipment or a refund.
Worst experience ever and it happened on a single 95% CBD vape, made for stress relief. I got more stress dealing with your awful team rather than the vape would have helped me.
Awful support and full of “nice words” but 0 action.

Nice products

Pretty fast delivery (ca 7days).

But the flowers are totally weak, if it T8HC or T9HC or 9H-HHC. It's all super mild. You need to smoke 1gr of it to feel somthing.

I also ordered extreme cobra within my order. It shows us a purple flower strain. While it is not purple at all! All the flowers i ordered are more branch than flower.

There is way too much hype and good reviews for such weak flowers. It's says extreme effect, they prob meant mild effect.

Sad to see that a company like that role that way...

Unreliable shipping

Unreliable shipping. They claim 1-4 days shipping. My shipment is due after 12 days. They do not ship locally, they ship from Czech Republic and they take their sweet time doing it. I made an order on the Friday, was sent out on the Wednesday. In the meantime I’m stuck without product as I leave the country before that, and obviously no sign of a refund u less you wait weeks for it.
Apart from that when I tried to prevent this I was ignored, lied to and fed every kind of lame excuse. No help whatsoever.
